How to play with ps4 controller on pc - DS4windows & Hidhide [ no double input ]

This worked man! Thank you. The only thing I had to do was go into settings and click device options in ds4 and check the box that says dualsense controller support. That made my controller pop up on ds4 windows

Yes I’m on the ps5 dual sense edge controller. (The one with paddles) not using Bluetooth, I’m wired in.

Been having this issue for so long, that worked great thank you so much. For those who did it and now the controller doesn't work on steam or any game without using ds4windows, just add the "exe" of the game or app you want it to work on the "applications" tab of hidhide like the author of the video did with ds4windows.

I also learned about this cause of sekiro and the spinning camera and double inputs in that game haha . I had the game pirated so i wasnt using steam thats why i didnt mention disabling steam inputs.

Switching to a DS4 controller with a programmable back button attachment after going through multiple Xbox One Power A controllers like hotcakes (damn they break so f'n fast), was the best decision I've ever made regarding controllers. Not only are the back buttons programmable, but with DS4Windows/HidHide and AutoHotKey, everything is programmable in infinite ways. 🥰

hi , nah i just kept using it for all games , u ll have to go in hidhide config client to disable hiding everytime u close sekiro

Nice vid. Saw twice because my GHub Logitech was not recognizing ny G29. People said DS4Windows was the problem. Indeed it was. But I need DS4 to play Gamepass games from XBox App in PC with my PS4 controller. So thank God I found your video again.. I wonder if I can do something in HidHide so that the Logitech GHub starts to recognize the G29 even with DS4 Windows installed on the PC

Use hodhide to hide g29 only from ds4windows , that way ds4 windows cant see g29 maybe. And let ghub and other apps/gaes etc see it.

I need your help, I have problem, I play rocket league on PC and connected my PS4 controller to the game, but the game registers both the output from my controller as my controller, and my controller as a keyboard. For example in R2 is forward but also R2 is left mouseclick so that when I play and click my game registers both forward (R2) and both use boost (left click)
