It's not important if you don't know what your going to cook what is important is to be yourself. You can do video without cooking Filipino food because mostly everyone do that. Highlight your work, the renovation of your kitchen, the friends you've got, the place and the surroundings or even dining outside or if the kitchen is already finished you can cook Russian food.
You have exerted much effort to have your own channel and if you cannot make atleast one video for a week your subscribers are wondering why?
