An AC/DC concert from Buenos Aires in December 2009 when nearly 200,000 fans, over 3 sold-out nights, thunderously welcomed them back after a 13-year absence from Argentina.

They played 3 straight nights at River Plate in Dec 2009 to a total of 220,000+ ppl so that’s 73,000+ a night!!!!! Brian Johnson was 63, Angus Young was 55 and the rest of the boys were in their 50’s!!! Legendary is all I can say. These Argentina fans are the best on the planet and they appreciate good hard driving rock and roll. Just look at all the different ages in the crowd. It transcends generations. Unbelievable!!🤣🤣🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍🥳🥳😎😎
220,000 is just cute when you compare it to Metallica 1.6 million in Moscow 1991. Yeah, 1.6 million in 1991. In one single show . Look it up.

Not Moscow and some other band in another time / since obviously this concert was not played in Moscow. I’m not sure exactly what you don’t understand. 🤣🤣🤣🤔😎

I seen them live in '88. This was the loudest concert I've been to. I wish I could 've seen them live with Bon Scott RIP. Brian Johnson is great don't get me wrong, but you have to check out Bon Scott. Highway to Hell, T.N.T., Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap to start. He had an iconic voice. He passed away in 1980. Brian Johnson then joined the band. They are great in concert.
My husband's favorite band, it's all he ever listened to. Saw them in concert with Bon Scott and Brian Johnson. He rolled up on his job one morning at 6am with AC/DC blasting and his boss shook his head and said, boy you ain't right! 🤣

I went to see them in Johnson City, Tn at Freedom Hall in I think 1989 or 1990. They had CANNONS!!!! When the cannons fired, it cracked the foundation of the building!!! They were banned and have never been allowed to perform there again.

They've been rocking since 1973/74. They're all in their 70's now and STILL going.... Just released an new album in November 2020!! Check out "The Jack" at River Plate, Angus kills it! You might wanna google the "jack" beforehand so u know what "it" is before hearing the song. Also, a must is "You Shook Me All Night Long"... it came out in my Sophomore year of high school('86)... Good times!!! Peace....

AC/DC played in Toronto at Sars Fest (a benefit concert to help victims of SARS virus). People showed up from everywhere and they were not there to see the Rolling Stones. They were there to see AC/DC.
AC/DC new album power Up is pretty good. Glad to see them putting out new music.

They are just electric!!!! “Shook me all night long” is a good one as well. “Shoot to thrill” from Iron Man well anything really. Long list to choose from.

They are all great songs - they were big here in Australia when I was a teenager in the late 70's - Them and Cold Chisel - both great - God showing my age

I have been lucky to see them 14 times. If you have not seen it yet look up the movie they made Let There be Rock in 1979 during the Highway to hell tour it kills. Bon Scott and the band are on fire. I first heard thunder stuck and I thought...WOW..amazing song. It became my favorite. Lots of songs by them are mostly second. Thunderstruck gets me moving. I can’t stop myself from dancing.
Let There be Rock ( live at the Apollo ). Has Bon Scott as the lead singer. Then try Shoot to Thrill ( Ironman 2 version ). I went to two shows in Calgary. There were about 60,000 or 70,000 people at each show.

I had tickets in Arizona at the Compton Terrace with the Scorpions opening in i think 1983 or 1984. Was newly married and my ex-wife didn't want me to go and we argued for 4 weeks. I sold my ticket without telling her. The night of the concert she goes ...arent you going to the concert. I told I sold it out of respect for her. Her reply was...you didn't have to do that. Talk about being pissed and her not acknowledging my giving it up to be home with her. Life!

That day Metallica was actually an opening band for... AC/DC. The crowd was there for Angus. AC/DC brought down Communism with that show.
