The hardest rocking band there's ever been and will be been a fan since my dad introduced me at 4 years old and luckily got to see them twice in the UK no other band can perform like they do 😎🤘
2009 this concert, nearly 200 thousand people at this concert, and 3 sold out shows. AC/DC are phenomenal never will their music die 👍👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️ Also in 1991 at Moscow, I kid you not estimated crowd 1.6 million THEY ARE KINGS OF ROCK🤩🥳😍
How can anyone not know AC/DC the greatest Aussie band in the world. I have been following them since 1976 and they still rock hard today with the release of their latest album Power Up.
Hey Hap nice reaction. My favorite song by this band is Back in Black. AC DC is a very good band. I always thought that the lead singer needed to clear his throat. AC DC has some good music. Great band choice to hear for the first time. Thank you HAP. Take care my friend. Your girl, QUEEN BEE.
ACDC are an Australian band they have been playing for about 45 years. they started in ther late teens early 20s . The singer in this song is Brian Johnson he took over when the original singer died, this name was Bon Scott.😈🤪👌
These guys are Aussie rock n roll royalty. Angus and Malcolm young are the younger brothers of George Young from another Aussie 1960's band The Easy Beats, who had a huge hit in the UK and Australia, Friday On My Mind. "Guitar" George Young and his bandmate Harry Vander from the Easy Beats, produced the early AC/DC albums. George Young and Harry Vander are the subjects of Dire Strait's song, "Sultans of Swing". The track your watching is part of the soundtrack for the movie, Iron Man 2.
Wow great reaction Hap!! Im so surprised to see how you can switch genres of music and put your insights so well. That's why I can enjoy new music or musicians which I get introduced on your channel more with you! Thank you! I loved it. 💯👍👍👍
Hypnotic is a good way to describe the song. Difficult not to listen to it at least twice, and the adrenaline it gives you is really high. If someone wants to get high without using drugs or alcohol, turn the sound all the way up and listen to this song.
I’m over the moon that it’s unblocked! I hope you will have a place or two in your busy schedule for AC/DC in the future. From River Plate I would recommend “Highway to Hell” and “Whole lotta Rosie”. The rope is for “Hells Bells” but you already got that question answered ❤️
Just to think about the boys have played for almost 50 years and still plays. Their new album PowrUp just came out. Check the song "shot in the dark" and maybe do a reaction to that. Brian is 73 now....
If you watch the official video of the Thunderstruck with headphones you get to hear clearly the rhythm guitar which is what gives it its hypnotic effect, along ,of course, with the bass. It's played by Malcolm Young - the essential musical genius behind AC/DC. And when you ask how the singer gets his effect, are you actually hearing the whole crowd singing along?
Please react to Let There Be Rock live at River Plate, same concert...you will see what a phenomenal guitarist Angus is and the whole band, and where the iconic photos are from of Angus. You won't regret seeing that song. My number one band. This show was sold out crowd 3 nights in a row. I saw them twice. Phenomenal energy and shows. Best in Rock . Thanks.
02:10 "This rope is thei fulsize ( 70 inze diameter ) bell . Yes it like church bell but made for they with AC/DC latters and symbolics. Taht is Hell bell. .That is largest instrument on concert stage and that they bell they play useing that rope in song " Hells Bells ".
I'm shocked you've never heard of the River Plate (Pla-tay). It's like Wembley. The crowds go crazy for all the bands that play there. Rock heard live is what it's all about!
You have heard their songs in movie, comercial, sporting events. You play more ac:dc your challenge will grow. I bet you have heard AC/DC “ for those about to rock” by the way they sold 65,000 per night and 3 night that week there.
How don't you know AC/DC..? o_O AC/DC the fifth-best-selling band in US history and the tenth-best-selling artist, selling more albums than Madonna for example. Also "Back In Black" is the fifth-best-selling album of all-time (!) in the US! And guess what: They are even bigger in Europe! ^^+gg Saw them a plenty of times live ... great band! When they are playing in stadium, the always do have a really big show! Check out "Whole Lotta Rosie" ... that's Rock'n'Roll! ^^+gg
I'm so shocked that you didn't know who AC/DC is. I didn't think you are that young to not know of them. Simply one of the greatest rock n roll bands or the 70's and 80's and even great up until today. God, times have change way too much for my liking. If they were doing this song today for the 1st time, many people wouldn't accept them as being talented. Seems if you don't sing beautifully and do mostly ballads your not any good. Brian Johnson's singing voice, the way he manipulates it probably would be way to hard for any singers today to duplicate, except for maybe Courtney Hadwin and Melody from Liliac. And he would get lots of hate for his singing, unfortunately. Malcolm Young (RIP), the guitarist was so cool the way he dressed from a kids grade school and pranced around the stage like a man crazed doing his solos. Guitar leads like this are somewhat a thing of the past, and not that accepted. This was typically the norm back then and we so looked forward to it. At one point people tried to say rock guitarist would soon be a thing of past. But those people under estimated how rock makes people feel. I've asked before with no luck, so I'll try again. Please do more reaction to this genre. Here's 2 great videos to react to if you liked this one. Personally I'd rather you'd pick Courtney if your going to choose only one. You've seen Liliac already. I couldn't find Courtney on your channel. You can't miss her. She's as good or better than Liliac. Mainly because, besides being so unique and having a great voice, Courtney can do most any genre with ease. And do them great. Great !! Love the details and praise for the group. Also those links you provided are already on the to do list. Hopefully can have them up on the channel before the year is out. Thanks Bert. 🤘🏾
@@HAP3SPEAKZ NO, thank you. I love sharing music. That's why these reactions are so great. The only problem is there's so many great new young artists today to go around. That it's sometimes hard to get others to get to them. So I'm happy to hear you have both of them on your list. Like I said Courtney will shock you. And that link was when she was only 13. Now she 16 and her voice is hauntingly great in ballads and yet down right gritty and belting when she rocks out. Looking forward to them. Btw, even though I suggested her AGT video. Many people are reacting to her just released Christmas cover of "Happy Xmas (War is Over). ruclips.net/video/8n31B3Og2O4/видео.html I personally feel if you haven't seen Courtney yet, the 1st video should be that AGT shocker, but at the same time this Xmas video of hers is special and obvious more timely. But I'll leave it up to you. Everyone loves her who sees her. Happy Holidays.
Bert, I think you're mixing up Malcolm & Angus Young - Malcolm did die in 2017, however, he played rhythm guitar - Angus, the lead guitarist is still very much with us.
Brian Johnson, the singer was losing his hearing at the time of this concert. His voice was way better when he joined the band in 1980. Bon Scott was the band's original singer, and my opinion, was superior to Johnson. If you go back to their earliest recordings from 1975, you'll hear Bon. He died from alcohol poisoning. If you listen to Bon sing Touch Too Much, you'll love it.

AC/DC played 3 straight nights at River Plate in Dec 2009 to a total of 220,000+ ppl so that’s 73,000+ a night!!!!! Brian Johnson was 63, Angus Young was 55 and the rest of the boys were in their 50’s!!! Legendary is all I can say. These Argentina fans are the best on the planet and they appreciate good hard driving rock and roll. Just look at all the different ages in the crowd. It transcends generations. Unbelievable!! So says Austin Tx!!!!!!🤣🤣🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸😍😍😍🥳🥳😎😎
"He's doing that sound without any special equipment".....it's called pure talent ❤️
DUDE IS CLUELESS
The rope is hanging from the bell that is used during the song Hells Bells. The lead singer swings from it at the beginning of the song.
Any band today would love to draw this kind of crowd. This was a band from the 70's and still going strong.. Rock on AC/DC!
No band can bounce a crowd like AC/DC I've been to a acdc concert and I can honestly say it was an out of body experience it's fucking unreal
At this concert, these guys were in their 50's and 60's........unbelievable !!
And still going in their 60s/70s
the song is everywhere: films commercials, tv shows...
AC DC are just a band you listen to and you cant control your foot from tapping , but the crowds go insane jumping up n down
I've heard this a thousand times and I still bounce up and down ❤😊
That's Argentina mate! Best crowd ever!
🤟🤟🤟🥰🥳🥳👌

It's been used in commercials and movies. Most recent movie I recall was the movie Battleship. It led into a cool action scene in the movie.
Blows my mind when people say they've never heard AC/DC 🔥🔥🔥

AC/DC..... Best Aussie export.....TNT live at River Plate .... You'll love it ✌️🇦🇺❣️
Thanks for the tip!
59 year old female here. Huge regret never attending an AC/DC concert 😢
AC/DC is an Australian band… Very high energy rock and roll… Best music to play when driving on a long trip!!!
Understand also that in 2009 the the singer is 62 in this performance and Angus the lead guitarist is 54!!!🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
The song featured in the film Battleship
LOVED IT! NOTHING LIKE A LITTLE AC/DC FOR AN AFTERNOON PICK ME UP!! THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER AWESOME REACTION HAP!💙💃🕺🥰🙏

2:34 This doesn't have any other riff from any other song that I have ever heard of!

Heck yeah enjoy i know you did. Thanks.
Do the song Hells Bells from this concert and you will see what the rope is for. This song is in one of the Iron Man movies
Thanks for the that and also the movie reference.
Yay! Freed up the video. It's so good! Great comments, Hap.
Saw them in the 80s.. amazing concert! The energy is incredible.

the rope is hanging onthe bell for the song hells bells where brian runs jumps and swings from the bell
Agora deve estar sentindo abstinência quando não escuta ACDC, é viciante.

Every time I see this crowd I wish I would have been there.
The hangman’s noose as you termed it is the bell ringing rope for ACDCs bell for Hell’s Bells
This song is pulling you in a rush, taking you in with all its energy, LOVE IT

Ironman Tony loves a bit of AC/DC
Listen to Back in Black. Everyone has heard that song somewhere. Listen to their official video.
That rope is for hell's bell one of their songs it has a bell and they bring out a big big bell to start it
AC DC ALTERNATING CURRENT DIRECT CURRENT IN ELECTRICAL TERMS JUST LIKE THE BAND ELECTRIC
the noose is for "hell's bells!"
Had an argument yesterday. I thought they started in Melbourne in the 70s, she said 60s. Fun reaction
They definitely started in the 70s...check out earlier clips with Bon Scott RIP
1973.
When I listen to this song so do my neighbors....
