What I like so much is you guys all mention other youtubers..like you baz mention ashville..d&j projects..the struggler..to name a few. And all the others do the same...no rivalry...👏👏👏..absolutely brilliant...which I also watch by the way.👍👍. I've met Daniel in person...what a lovely guy..
I love the old school office set up and the large photo of your father he would be so proud of you and your brothers. Keep up the good work sending best wishes from Bolton. 👍
Cal on the camera 👌 and a busy workshop! Welderfabber just keeps getting better and bigger 💪 another great video looking forward to seeing the next one 🤝
More volume from a big company is perfect to get yourself and your crew established :) I'm not telling you anything new here, you probably have much more experience as I do: Life's good as long as you make sure you don't depend too much on jobs from one customer. Especially machining and fabricating shops can easily find themselves in big trouble if 45% or even 80% of their income disappears because their best customer decides to send their work somewhere else. Doesn't matter for which reasons or if you're great friends with the customer, all it takes is one disagreement (or, worse, a sleazy competitor stirring the pot) and you may have to auction equipment or even lay off good employees who did nothing wrong.
Watch out Baz, think you have a brilliant contender in young Cal for the presenting and camera work for your vlogs. He did a top job in this chapter. WELDERFABERULOUS.
Wow Baz great things are happening and you moving very nicely, wit more work coming excellent. Watc this space as they say. I also watched the completion of the ramp for Miller's. That is absolutely amazing and the test with the recovery truck could not have been better . It passed with flying colours wow Baz honestly I exceptionally good work well done. I am seriously now looking into a welding course at local college and you are the inspiration and who knows I might be knocking on for work this time next year. Absolutely brilliant to watch and learn from you , mate be good stay well.
Hi Baz and team .... excellent canera work and editing by the director.... and cal doing his own bit too.... All coming together now ... The new workshop is lolking like its been up and running for 20 yrs ...what a start agd sone money's worth in steel landing day by day ... The planters look mega !! Love the new signs 😉😉😉. Lovely work by chris ... designing and cutting them out !! I love the relationship you and cal have and you can see the loyalty and respect you both have for each other .... Keeo up the great work 🙏🙏🙏 See you next week mate 😊😊 Gary 🦉 🦉 🦉
Another good one with the boys.. was nice to see the man of many words aka cal do his own little job on the pre screen. Good to see Chris back on the channel too.. som boy he is. Keep them coming lads.
Nice to see continuous progression with the business!! Definitely gives me a boost to try that little better each day with whatever welding is thrown my way at work
Thanks for sharing more of your journey great video taking on a lot very. Quickly, don't burn yourself out take time for yourself also, plenty of work to go round as Yiu say.
Great Saturday chapter Baz warts and all!! I had seen the videos with Chris and Hames on there channels Nice to see Cal working on his own and talking to camera always Stay Safe and crack on lad building your business
nice work there Baz N Cal doing videos and working same time the new ramps are going to be great to get a look see and where is ya other brother is he not coming over enjoying the videos as usual nothing has changed there any way Cheers All
It's really nice to see how your empire is growing baz. I am so pleased to hear your books are already full for the next few months. Also, well done cal on your first solo camera work without baz or the director. You set up a good angle and spoke confidently, which not everyone can do. 👏
I use port West jackets they are very good the only issue I have is no protection for the zip. Getting mortar in the zip helps kill the zip. They have improved a lot.
Mistakes happean we are all human after all. Especially if you don't have the equiptment in front of you while making or altering anything... keep up the good work!!!
You need to get a pressing fitted around that downpipe in the workshop boys. Something WILL catch that plastic pipe over time, and if it's peeing down, you don't want that amount of rainwater coming into your working environment, believe me. Good luck with the new venture, heads down, arse up! 👋
Smashing it baz you cal and the director We so will soon be needing Thursday and saturdays welderfabber the bosses release 2 other days welder fabber the cal cuts 😅😅
Baz says I have to be careful with my elbow. I can't use a hammer for a while. 2 minutes later he's using a small sledge beating the hell out of the dog to get it off. 😂 Just what I would do.
Another great episode and even better to see you come to Barlick! That's where me and JB( your lookalike 😂) live 👌🏻🙌🏻😎🤭 You and Callum make a great team 👏🏻 👍🏻 Good job lads 😁
Both vans ready .Good news Just make sure you have good security on them.some low lives out there are targeting traders vans . Keep up the good quality work ❤
Excellent yet again baz really impressed with the different sort of stuff your doing gives you a great insight to all the different kind of work you undertake 💯 quality standards are met 👌 👍
Nice touch with some closeups of the cutting and welding. What did you think of the plasma cutter? Why did they want plates over the pre screen? Also, "I have to be careful, can't be swinging sledgehammers", next scene - swings a sledgehammer 😄
Hi baz just wondering what the max load and axle loads where on the miller ramp you built after you had it load tested before it went to the customer , did the ramps have to be CE certified for health and safety standards , cheers

Good evening from New Zealand boys and girls
Is that a David Niven Tash that Cal now supports, this lad is going to be a WELDERFABBER movie star.
I see Ashville, I click immediately.
Shouldn't hit things due to elbow. instantly starts to hit things. I can definitely relate to that!
Another cracking chapter lads, good to see cal out on his own with the cam. Fair play to you both. That's a crackin van too cal
I use port West jackets they are very good the only issue I have is no protection for the zip. Getting mortar in the zip helps kill the zip. They have improved a lot.
I welded up my Gearlever on my motorbike when I was a kid. It didn’t look 👀 good but it did the job. Would ya give me a job?? 😂😂
Nice chapter , good to see the jobs rolling on in the workshop and Cal doing more on camera 👍🏻
Nice to see cal out on his own, for one that comes over as being very quiet, which I'm sure he isn't, he did a great job.
