Your sweet and sour catfish soup looks delicious. My mom and I usually do sweet and sour soup with the same ingredients, sometimes with catfish and most of the time with chicken (cut into 1/2 inch pieces). Would it be possible for you to make a Steamed Fish Curry recipe (like Hor Mok), if you know how to do that recipe?
