INGREDIENTS:
Water ( 6 cups ) - 1 cup = 250 ml
Rice paddy herb ( 1 package = 1 cup = 250 ml )
Minced Garlic ( 1/4 cup + 1tbsp ) -- 1/4 cup = 59 ml, 1tbsp = 15 ml
Galangal ( 4 slices = 25 g )
Lemongrass ( 1 stalk = 5 inches )
Kafir Lime Leaves( 4 leaves )
Red chilies ( Some )
Lotus Rootlets ( 1 cup = 250 ml )
Tomatoes ( 2 )
Winter melon ( 1 )
Pineapple ( Half )
Mushrooms ( 1 cup each = 250 ml each ) -- Any type
Basa Fish ( 1 package = 650 g )
2 eggs ( Optional )
