This is Cambodia's gift to the world. So delicious and healthy. The kreung, prahok and vegetables celebrate the richness of Khmer cuisine. Thanks heaps. Keep up the great work. 👍
I didn't like this dish growing up and always stayed away. I was never a fan of veggies. Now I appreciate it as an adult. My taste palate completely changed. 😅
Thank you so much for creating this wonderful channel. This is my favorite Cambodian dish. Your video is so detailed and lovely and you make it look so easy. I’m definitely going to try to make this on my own ❤
Looks literally like a work of art, and I bet it tastes amazing! I don't like seafood, is there a way to leave out the elements of fish from the recipe and still maintain the deliciousness?
Hi Hannah, thank you so much. Yes, I think there is a way to leave those things out but the flavor will be drastically different. However, you can definitely add different sauces and flavors to make it your own. A lot to the flavors of the vegetables come through in here anyway. Have a great weekend!
Sawadee Ka P'Thun 😁🙏 This soup looks similar to แกงป่า แกงเลียง แกงปลาร้า 😆 but anyway it looks delicious! I think with the cold weather now, soup like this is the best! Thank you for the yummy soup ka 🥰 Have a great day and take care na kaaaa 🙏
You're right! It does look like those. The flavor is much different though. And not spicy at all. That's why I have to add chili flakes at the end 🤣 have a great weekend na krub🙏😁
Thanks to YT , I gained insight to other ASIAN cuisine . I grew up severely deprived food wise and in nutrition in the Philippines. Due to over population , profound laziness of its people , bad education ,low intellect of Pilipinos. They rank the dumbest in Asia. Import all food staples especially rice, onions , garlic , fruits and vegetables .The regional disparity between islands is extreme . Ilocanos' cuisine is similar to the mainland Asians for their love of vegetables , their industriousness in tilling the land , agricultural efforts to be food adequate. Not so in Mindanao and Visayas region where what's left of the islands have turned brown, become deserts and denuded of forest from corrupt logging by politicians , importing lumber to Japan and America. Rice fields lay fallow for several decades despite the predictable regularity of the monsoon, because Pilipinos abhor farming , a legacy of Spain . Even my SILs prefer planting ornamentals as it ruin their hands and nails , maybe they cook those plants for food, my brothers excusing their indolence that they can buy the edibles , unwilling too to forage the bountiful wild edibles like kangkung/ water spinach , bamboo shoots, taro , pumpkin shoots etc , because it's dirty . Yet Pilipinos are notorious for harboring intestinal worms or Ascaris from bad hygiene, poor toilet facilities and sanitation. The hypocrisy of the culture. My bitterness lingers because hunger for a child is unforgettable and gut wrenching as I lay nights sleepless. I implore Pilipinos to plant to feed the hungry kids and restrain your sex appetites since children become the unwitting victims . Or use condoms , the Catholic priests don't help feed the children, they use the money you drop in the till to buy SUVs and build mansions.
your text is too small to read, the font is not easy to read and since your text is placed at the bottom, it also gets obliterated by the You Tube red line and links at the bottom of the screen. And white text on white rice and white dishes is not easy to read either. Your videos are aesthetic , but you are not paying attention to practicalities for your audience.
