Had my locks fitted Thursday my van was fully racked out these boys done such a great job very professional in what they do I would recommend them to anyone to have these locks fitted great protection great system worth very penny to stop tool theft 😊
That’s why I looking for these videos, just been done for £3600 worth of tools, all my battery’s, drills, saws, routers, sanders gutted I feel sick, I’m not a wealthy man just a tradesman trying to pay the bills! Had to put off my last couple of jobs before Christmas so I can get the van fixed and get some bits together for little jobs and start again. I’m sick I feel your pain brother.
@@luukie0000 Also it may be question of where do the tools go overnight. My small van also had 2k worth of tools taken in Sainsbury's car park just 20 yards away from the main entrance and in plain sight.
I think the locking mechanism is grate and it does what it should, however I prefer locks seen on the van like the deadlock purely because it also works as deterrent, I do appreciate with these locks your tools are safe but your van doors would still get drilled and chewed before thieves realise there is additional protection inside. Hence I prefer something visible on outside as security and deterrent. Anyone who has it’s van done knows how much body works repairs cost.
A very valid point, just as debatable too. All of my locks are well hidden but effective. I preferred visible locks until a locksmith told me that from His experience that the smart-arses will find a way to try to breech the locks just to be 'A' holes. Personally, I'd like a silent alarm to catch them in the act then hit the screamer when they don't expect it. That would be fun, I think.
Love to see Lock Picking Lawyer attempt to tackle the lock. It appears your using a cable to unlock the mechanism, could you demo if it's possible to pull on these to unlock them. Might be possible to snake a wire through the door and pull on the cable.
No need because it will take way too much time to do that. This system seems like it works fine unless you are carrying some super secret CIA unclassified stuff then that’s a different story.
Sorry if I'm being destructive, I wrote to you about some work to be done on my van, but I haven't received any response. neither on e-mail nor on telephone numbers. work? Thank you

Had my work van done over last week, took me for £6k and completely broke my heart! Some people just don’t understand the pain it causes. 😢

Then why don’t you remove the tools from the van simple case closed I fail to understand this
@@ABB-bw6tc I'm not spending over an hour every day loading the tools in and out of the van. Not everyone has just one powered drill mate.
Been there had that done . Gutted

Showing them the type of locks you have just makes it easier for them to look up how to crack it.
Best two have both
