    Who is MOST to blame for the Baltimore Ravens historic loss vs Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs?
    -Type "L" for Lamar Jackson
    -Type "J" for John Harbaugh
    -Type "D" for Defense
    -Type "O" for Other

      @@TV-fv1ih I think Lamar because he is the weakest link. Hell of a runner, below average passer, terrible under pressure. I'd like to see Harbaugh with an above average QB. His defense and special teams are always good.

      @PowerHourNFL well if you slow down a ton of passes Alot would be PI because the DB gets there .01 second before the ball does. So child if the refs can't see it in real time then they can't go back and review it... I didn't say it wasn't a penalty or wasn't a penalty. Just that it wasn't easily caught in real time. Calm down champ

    If you want to talk about tripping that was not called. Chris Jones was tripped in the endzone and should have been a safety. Also on 4th and 1 #10 for the chiefs eas kicked in the chest and it was not called. That should have been a tripping penalty as well.

      @PowerHourNFL yes I watched the video from start to end. You should not talk about penalties that are not called. I can watch any nfl football game and see about 50 penalties that have not ball called. The biggest 2 that come to mind ate the offense tackles jumping early and wide out always pushing the DBs right before the pass gets to them and OPI is never called. The refs suck all the way around and have influenced the games outcome one way or another

      officiating this year was inconsistent. I was an official HS and D3 not this level but it was frustrating not on missed calls or no flags but in the same game different calls. NFL officials make on average 200k part time. During season they are fulltime but why not have ft "younger" officials. The game is fast less than 1/2 second 40yd from fastest QB to slowest edge rusher@@markjamison6286

    Irritating commentary. It is not an attempt at tripping. You let somebody fake you out and then try to go in the direction that they're going and whatever leg you have will follow that direction. Instead of being objective you clearly wanted Kansas City to lose.
    If you going to call that tripping then you may as well call waving at another player taunting. Wtf

    Lamar decision making on taking what the defense gives him but not making those easy throws is on him. He’s always late at throwing the ball. No anticipation whatsoever. There where many times that WR got open and he didn’t make the throw or threw it to late where the Defender close in on the play very quickly. We knew that Lamar can’t win big games with his throwing. That if any team can limit his running plays they usually come out on top

    You can even see the turf torn up from him planting that foot to change direction.
    On the Bateman turn down, there were 2 player within 3-4 yards of him, bracketed inside and outside.

    L held onto the ball several times when he had multiple players who were open for easy first down yardage. It's not clear what he wastrying to do, waiting for a longer throw? So I would say the loss is on L who flat out ignored high percentage throws to multiple players for 10 -15 yards, meaning he didn't TAKE WHAT THE DEFENSE WAS GIVING HIM OVER AND OVER.??

  • @Steve-v3b
    @Steve-v3b 6 месяцев назад +2

    That’s not a tripping penalty, because the was NO contact, that’s how I see the penalty in the rule book. But if you want a real tripping penalty that wasn’t called. Jackson was in the end zone and Chris jones WAS tripped by the running back causing him to fall. Please refer to that play first and foremost

  • @harrymills2770
    @harrymills2770 6 месяцев назад

    I'm not so sure about the non-call on DPI. That was a terrible and late under-throw. There were defenders who were closer to the ball than the receiver, who would've had to commit offensive pass interference, fighting through defenders, to stop that pick.

  • @kennethfountain6153
    @kennethfountain6153 6 месяцев назад

    So he stuck his foot out at the same time he he was trying to change direction and he actually tackeled him with his hands. Its a little different than a true tripping. Thats why its not called. He ended up pulling him down by holding on to his leg.

  • @harrymills2770
    @harrymills2770 6 месяцев назад

    Flowers dived when he could've just run it in. All he had to do was take a big hit at the goal line with the ball high and tight. Mental error that probably cost the Ravens the AFCCG. If they'd won that game, I think they'd've rolled over the 49ers pretty easily.

    • @harrymills2770
      @harrymills2770 6 месяцев назад +2

      I don't think it's like that. I just think the Chiefs evolution caught the whole league off-guard. Everybody was still following the "Beat Mahomes" blueprint from when Tyreek Hill was still a Chief.
      Look at all the opponents still playing shell coverages against Mahomes. And when they abandon it, he takes his shots down the field. Even if MVS and Hardman aren't dominant downfield receivers, they're still fast enough to get open deep if you start creeping up to stop the underneath stuff Mahomes started taking.
      Downfield shots to MVS or Hardman aren't a great bet for the KC offense, but, like they're relatively weak running attack, KC will still go to it if they think it's there, and no defense can take that bet. Even if it's only about 50-50, it's pretty terrifying to defensive coordinators.
      Combine that obstinate offense that can get big chunks if they hit it right, with their suffocating defense that does it like no other team in the league, and it was just too much.
      I think Lamar anticipates better, year after year. I don't think he was the reason for the Baltimore loss. In fact, were it not for a highly improbable forced fumble at the goal line, Baltimore wins that AFCCG.
      The thing that was amazing about KC was how they could hang around and keep the game close enough to steal the win at the end with suffocating defense and an enormous bag of tricks on offense, many of which they never sprung on the league until they absolutely needed it in the last 2 or 3 games.
      There's no way in the world that Corn Dog could've succeeded, after it was used to such great effect in SB LVII. But it was the perfect call against a tired SF defense in SB LVIII, after NOT using it at ALL for a whole year. That kind of discipline in an offensive brain trust is just unbelievable
