Would have been a 3 point game and Chiefs couldn't score in the 2nd half...easily would have been a different outcome. Snead was punching at the ball Lamar had earlier, too. Trying to get that turnover

It was disappointing to see Baltimore beat themselves with multiple penalties for unnecessary roughness, taunting, roughing the passer and holding. After being so good this season they seemed to fall apart soon after the first score. The defence was still good, but made a lot of mistakes too. Now, when he scrambles, he is doing more of a delicate tip toe studder step kind of run instead of just kicking it into gear. He needs to stop worrying about being respected as a pocket passer and just go back to being himself.

Props to the KC defense, especially Sneed poking out the ball just before the goal line. Would have been 17-14 at that point otherwise. The fact that KC was held scoreless in the second half but still won is a tribute to their defense.

Agreed. Lamar beat him self. He held the ball too much instead of embracing beating them with his legs and taking short yard gains to the flats to tire out the defense, over looking for the “big play” every time. Respect to the chiefs defense for sure. Sometimes he wants to prove so bad he’s the best passer he forgets the uniqueness of being a great dual threat. It’s chess not checkers.

You know, I have to give the Kansas City Chiefs a lot of credit. During the season, they looked really off. They didn’t have any receiver help, there were numerous drops, and they had to play playoff games on the road. They were underdogs in Buffalo, and they won. They were underdogs in Baltimore, and they won. For the 4th time in 5 seasons, the Chiefs are back in the Super Bowl and look to win back to back titles since the 2003-2004 Patriots. The Ravens offense couldn’t do much of anything and they did not do what got them to this point, their running game. What a shame. Just when you thought the AFC was wide open after the Patriots dynasty, here come the Chiefs to establish their dynasty.

This is the one game Lamar should’ve used his scrambling advantage. Even Romo dropped the hint in commentary saying that pass rush wasn’t so bad that he couldn’t run. To beat the chiefs defense all he had to do was get the ball out quick to your TE or the back in the flats which was wide open the whole game, or just take off and keep gashing them until they have no choice but to shrink the defense and THEN you start passing down field. You don’t have to look for the big play all the time just take what the defense gives you. Defense did their part.

Ravens looked like the more undisciplined team since they were dancing their hearts out last week just because they won a playoff game.. I understand it was an accomplishment but when you look at championship teams they know .. the job is not done till it’s done. This should be a lesson for both the players and the coaching staff.

Got to congratulate the chiefs, but from my standpoint the reason the ravens lost was because of discipline. There were 4 personal fouls against the ravens for things not necessary. And that taunting call on flowers was the proof I needed to say the chiefs were the more disciplined team.
