Nice one, seems like a really solid table so hopefully there’s some decent strengthening in the floor to receive the original screws but maybe not if it came loose through normal usage! Anyway hopefully all sorted now, hope you enjoyed your break :)
Hi Both, good vid though a slightly sharper chisel may have helped, if I am doing this sort of thing I have found a paint scraper (with Stanley type blade) gives a nice clean cut though you need to be careful you don't cut into the floor covering.
Gerbil Williams yes my chisel wasn’t the sharpest! Although the glue also wasn’t 100% cured which also didn’t help. Table now fixed seems to have done the job nicely.

Can I ask how do you lower it ours won’t lower?
Cool idea of packing the holes, I think you need a chisel with an edge to it, that one is more of a wide screwdriver! :-)
Good vlog guys. Hope to ser you both again soon
Wooden golf tees work well too . Tap them in with a bit of glue and cut off flush
Ah yes also a good idea 👍🏼
