I’ve heard of Guntherwerks but I really didn’t know that much about them. What a great company! To take an older vehicle, and totally rebuild it into something new, yet still have the old feel is absolutely bonkers as he says! I really love what they are doing!
The supply chain planning knowledge of this guy is impressive. He’s down in the details of lead times, manufacturing routings, constraints, BOMs, days of supply, WMS locations, work centers capacity, QA testing. If they were public, I would invest. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Even if it was edited in, the prep and effort with the demo products shows just how serious they are about getting in front of it. They weren't just showing you the line and talking up their work. They are highlighting interesting examples and components in each stage of production. The carbon fender, the uprights, the comparison of mag and aluminum wheels, and the electronic suspension illustrate GW's approach to preparation. They prepared for this tour by making sure examples were available for you to touch and show to us. Thoughtful. Thanks again. When it comes to access to 1%er stuff, no one does it better.
it looks like an amazing car, and I don't use that word lightly. Having worked in a car shop though, I know that this takes FOREVER to achieve. The patience required from each customer is going to be epic. The back room with the raw chassis stacked up and waiting...scares me. My advice would be to purchase a car that you can drive for the couple of years you'll be waiting. If it's just one more toy to play with when it's finally finished, no problem. But for anyone seeing this for the first time and already dyeing to hit the road and show off, maybe there's a car for sale at Curated.
I’ve watched thousands of videos on RUclips over the years but this is by far the most amazing car vid I’ve ever seen. I just can’t wrap my head around how people can design something as great as this. I couldn’t stop smiling about something that will never benefit but just feeling the thrill of this guy’s accomplishment for building these cars. If you ever want to see someone who loves their job watch this video, he’s passion is amazing as well as his employees. I wish there was a Foxbody aftermarket company for my 1987 vert.

Singer does not need to be worried about anything. They are BOTH at the pinnacle of restomod Porsche tuning. But for different reasons. Apples to oranges, really. The DLS is an absolute classic. Subtle, yet a total animal. Proverbial wolf in sheeps clothing. The GW wears all of its intent on its sleeve. Monster looks to go with monster performance. I'll take the DLS, personally. It fits me better (need to win the lottery). But there are people who will choose the opposite of course! They each have their purpose. No need to be all "brand X should be worried about brand Y." Pagani needn't worry about Koenigsegg, right!!??
Love the work Gunther Werks put into their builds. Them, Singer, RUF, 9FF, Mansory, Keyvany, TechArt, and Gemballa are just absolutely revolutionary and beyond phenomenal. The gold standard and kits done right without using unnecessary rivets IMHO. Love the content, keep it up!

The Singer engine has a stunning sound, and I’m sure the engineering of the DLS is next-level, but their price is just stratospheric. I can’t afford either of these brands, but I’d go for a Gunther just for the fact that it’s an enthusiasts car and not and a hypercar investors car. Since I live in Huntington Beach, it was amazing to see these cars in person for the PCA gathering of “Unstock” a couple of years ago. They are truly a work of art and engineering. When they fire one of cars up, the sound blows your mind. Well done guys. 👍🏼
I've never been a Porsche guy, not because I didn't like them but because they are so expensive. Now that I'm older I really appreciate what they are and realize that they are not that expensive. UNTIL... I see a Guntherwerks car! I really appreciate all the R&D that went into recreating this masterpiece and know that I must have one for myself!

Incredible, these guys blow Zembella and Kremer away. The level of form, function and aesthetic is on a whole different level. These guys are true fanatics and to recreate these parts better than Porsche does with their huge budgets is remarkable. The use of chromoly, billet, carbon, forged aluminum I and other materials in house with the same monolithic design features is smart. Porsche could learn a few things from these guys. Pinky Lua could learn a few things from them, he took away the whale tail and demasculated the 911. I am glad these guys are returning it to it's 80s 930 glory days and raw form.

Since I live in Huntington Beach, it was amazing to see these cars in person for the PCA gathering of “Unstock” a couple of years ago. They are truly a work of art and engineering. When they fire one of cars up, the sound blows your mind. Well done guys. 👍🏼

Incredible, these guys blow Zembella and Kremer away. The level of form, function and aesthetic is on a whole different level. These guys are true fanatics and to recreate these parts better than Porsche does with their huge budgets is remarkable. The use of chromoly, billet, carbon, forged aluminum I and other materials in house with the same monolithic design features is smart. Porsche could learn a few things from these guys. Pinky Lua could learn a few things from them, he took away the whale tail and demasculated the 911. I am glad these guys are returning it to it's 80s 930 glory days and raw form.

this is what an absolute dream looks like, working with 3D printers, Solidworks and carbon fiber to make porsche (dream car) looks great while experimenting... I hope one day we all be able to archive our dreams... I envy you Adam.
