The biggest thing I am seeing in this video, and some of your other more recent videos, is that you have been willing to try and do a lot of things that are outside of your comfort zone, and try things you typically don't really like for yourself. And not only willing to try them, but actually learning that you really enjoy a lot of them too. Just one small example is for a long time you have said that you don't really like wearing bold and really out of the ordinary lip colors. And even for reds, you prefer more orange type reds, not cool tones or berry shades. But you have been trying all of those types of colors of lip products and finding you actually really love some of them. I think that is so freaking awesome!
I have always been into colorful and bold eyeshadows like you, but always had this idea that certain colors looked awful on me, particularly yellow, orange, and red. And I was very rarely willing to do looks with them in it before discovering your channel. But over the years that I have followed you, I have learned to break those thought patterns and just try those colors in more creative ways so that they do actually look freaking awesome on me. So I really love seeing that you are really just taking your own advice. ❤
I use an essence and I like it. I am not a dermatologist so I have no idea if it works 😅but I like how soft my skin is when I do.

I got the Prada foundation and a replacement of my lawless lip balm: the foundation is incredible for my dry 41 year old skin! And those lip balms are fantastically moisturizing!
That is a lot of money, but this is your job to review products. I have watched several influencers buying haul and some have spent $300, $400 and more on just one haul. An entire month is not that bad. Makeup by Mario master matte palette is total mattes and neutral and amazing! 🖒💟😄

Actually, yesterday I bought the Wine & Only palette from Colourpop, in addition to some lip tints (they had a 2 x 1 offer), and a brush. I also bought a Supershock Blush, because after all your positive commentaries about them, I was really intrigued! I was surprised at how difficult it was to find a somewhat affordable palette with burgundies! But I remember that you said that one being good, so I decided to choose that one 😊
Naked Sundays is a fairly high end clean girl aesthetic hybrid makeup and skincare brand that has high spf in all their products. It’s sold at Mecca here I think. Mecca is a high end beauty retailer that is Australian owned. Like Sephora but Aussie 🇦🇺.

You are like me I am SO YOU I just spent probably 500+ on makeup. I don’t even have a makeup channel I TELL MYSELF to stop but I DONT WANNA!! I may need to though.
I buy makeup and wear it maybe, 6 to 10 times a year.
I’m just wasting money and don’t need as much as I have.
I spent way more last year...more than double that. I made good money too. In the end, you realize how much money you've wasted, how you don't need so much, and have a feeling of disappointment.
Situations in life change and if the money runs out due to an unexpected emergency, you'll wish you would have saved more. I had thousands saved but found out I have a life threatening condition that requires 1k monthly in medication. Save that money and be careful with makeup purchases. You may regret it otherwise.

I just ordered my first cake/water activated coloured liners. I wanted one for a long time. It's the SUVA Beauty, UV-Festival liners in green, yellow, purple, orange, and blue. They are split pan with a shimmery side and matte side. I also got bit by my snake Saturday, so I typed slowly because of this bandage. Look, I have had him for 11 years, so I finally got bit. I was careless. 😅. I did get a hug and was able to kiss him through his grate.
I'm loving the Unforgettable, I get what you mean about it being slightly heavy but I feel like used lightly and once it's calmed down, it smells better and it lasts all day! Never tried a coca cola scent but it's really made me want to try the other one you've mentioned 😍

Thank you for the reviews. They are very helpful since I have combo to oily skin like you. I think the foundation in today’s video is too glowing for me. I have been trying some powder foundations. They used to all oxidize and turn orange on me but I have been pleased with the L’Oréal Infallible.

The whole CPop thing with becca/smashbox is because champagne pop was named by jaclyn hill so she would have to receive/ be payed royalties if they sold the same product with the same name. Probably haven't explained it well but it's so they don't get into legal trouble with JH.
I know this video is a few weeks old but the reason Champagne Pop got renamed C Pop is so smashbox doesn’t have to pay royalties to Jaclyn Hill since the original product was a collaboration with her
I spent a ton in January too 😬. I did get cash for Christmas thank God so I'm not homeless now. I love the Makeup By Mario satin lipsticks! His Milk Chocolate lip liner and the ethereal eye's palette are also amazing. I'm waiting on my Dreamer palette to get here and I can't wait to play with it.

BUT I did buy the Dead roses palette, the kosas brow pop nano, the tower 28 kung fu panda set, the natasha denona retro and my dream palettes, along with her berry pop collection, the pink givenchy powder...okay I might have spent quite a bit 😅 not to say anything if all the skincare 🫣
Eyeshadow has not been very innovative lately. I'm loving the focus on complexion products! Everyone is upping their games. Whether you want powder, cream liquid, matte, satin, glowy, shine, poufs, wands, tubes, affordable, mid range, high end for different skin types and colours. Its becoming a big fabulous world of selection 😍
