Maybe show us trader retention figures in future videos. e.g. How many traders did you have at the beginning of February and how many do you have end February (excluding newly funded traders).
Would that be Year on Year or per month?
Not sure why that'd be useful tbh trader retention has more to do with the actual trader, their system, and whether they can adhere to the guidelines rather than FTMO itself
@@gokublack4832 Ultimately you are trading within another persons system, albeit with lot's of latitude, however if nobody is trading within that system after 6 months, the question is whether or not that system is sustainable. I.e the $100,000 is in fact only $10,000 is it sustainable to live full time with an account size of between $10,000 - 30,000 ? In the USA the minimum account size to be day trading futures for example is $25,000.

I was wondering does it matter to put a sl (stop loss) and a tp (take profit) as many traders are actively watching there positions.

There is news that can be released and cause the market to move very violently. A SL protects you from losing your account in cases like that. Also, it kind of forces you to stick with your trading plan, because, honestly, it takes a lot of discipline to close a losing position by ourselves.
Review those tried more than two times at challenge and failled.

So for restricted times where you can't trade certain pairs if your in a trade and that pair hits SL on TP within the 2min before or 2min after timeframe will your account still be violated?
Yes, closing a position due to a SL or TP also counts. There was an youtuber who was sharing his experience with losing his account for this same reason. In my opinion this is quite hard rule because you should move your SL and TP just because there is news and you are not in this trade for the news itself

I don't understand why you keep being so worried about lot sizes used....Betwen gold, forex and indices the lotsize x 100.000 is completely different. Plus, short term traders with tight stop losses will ALWAYS trade more lots than swing traders, even if both use same risk/money management. In others words: lot size doesn't mean anything in the bigger picture; bigger lot sizes do NOT automatically mean bigger risk.....
how many accounts can you have at the same time with FTMO and what is the max capital you can trade?

Your possible Maximum Allocation in our company is $400,000. Therefore, you can have two FTMO Accounts with $200,000 or four FTMO Accounts with $100,000 and so on...

I have one question why do you guys offer Free Trail when you eventually gonna have to buy the full package when you finish it? That's not what FREE means! I literally wasted 5 days finishing the challenge and then I passed and contacted the FTMO team and they told me to buy the evaluation program?! like tf if I had 600 euros I would've already traded my own account with 0 split. you guys need to REMOVE that 2 weeks FREE TRAIL.
what on earth are you talking about????? You CAN do the paid challenge if you wish after doing a trial, but don't HAVE to. I have done 10 trials in a row to sharpen my strategy and could do another 200 if I wished. That´s AWESOME
If you think you can trade successfully with 600 euros you're not on the right path to be a trader.

@@justinkyron3357 600 euros is a minuscule amount to trade, you wouldn't understand what a good gain is because you'd look at it as a few euros profit instead of percentage gained. With 600 euros you'd need to make 60 euros to make 10% and 10% isn't a easy game trust me, if the markets are trending like 1 or 2 weeks ago maybe, but look at the situation now, the $ index is shooting up, the safe heavens are selling off, last week NFP had amazing results and the oil is taking a pause from last week rally...not to mention the higher bond yield.
You need money to make money, trading isn't different at all.

He or she will probably reach the stop limit sooner or later.
Its the same pattern with most of them.
To finish this challenge, you need to get about 2%+ per profitable trade you do, and you can do that in 10 trades, given they are all profitable, even if they are not, its fine.
Please cancel 30 day period evaluation period. Extend it at least to 3 months. With this 30 day you are encouraging risk taking!

Its designed to make most traders fail, they get most their money from traders paying the fee and failing it.
@@user-dt8ky2sn3k I suspect so too. It's no secret more than 90% of the traders fail 30 day rule. They must be profiting from their losses
The evaluation is 60 days I think that's enough time to make 10%, I'd say they should increase the challenge to 60 days as well, now it's 30(23 trading days) and it's a bit hard to pass it although it's like 0.43% profit a day for 23 days. Some days are red and that means we need to make back the money lost plus the profits to pass the challenge.

@@justAliked nah, because if you haven't noticed, he always struggles when he says "he" or "she", sometimes he forgets to say "she", so the best solution would obviously be to simply say "they"
