Munite 23:00 those robots dont take a lot of trades. how do you think yo will pass the challenge taking 1 or 2 trades a week?. at least you need to make 300 a day to pass the challenge in 20 days or so. and he is saying that he passed 3 or more challenges in less 4 months. al also the payment from FTMO from las year 2019 for his "funded account" that he just passed this year is very suspicious and confusing. thats why I believe this guy is a Fake! Agree?

Many people saying "he is not a trader, he just put his robots to do the work...". He is not a trader but he is winning money with trades. And a lot of "traders" is here just to post bad comments and are winning nothing.
We agree that it does not matter if you call yourself trader or not, as long as you are making profits in the market!

Currently on verification, how is everyone doing with their account? Is it easy to lose the account? Rly wanna make it a full time thing i hope its doable
So much negative comments here regarding his trading style which are EAs and his experience.
I think there is a reason he was able to be profitable within a year which is exceptional for a new Forex trader. It was because he was in the financial industry before and is a master in reducing risk. He has no big monthly profit targets and runs several EAs to diversify his risk.
Many are thinking he will fail soon enough which shows their lack of knowledge in diversifying risk. Since he is having multiple EAs and is testing them constantly before applying them in his FTMO accounts, his chance of failing is very low compared to other traders.
I think this is a very valuble video for traders on how to think as a proper trader. And also when scaling up his accounts he just don't buy a USD 100,000 after buying his first USD 100,000. Which shows a very good level of patience which many of us lack.
It's just jealousy
I'm happy that he found something that works for him. The bottom line is everybody wants money. If he's making his money without committing a crime, then that's it.

I trend trade. Enter with a pull back and exit when momentum is lost/weakening or reversal is about to happen. Trail the stop loss for maximum gains. I only use rsi as an indicator. I also use divergence and support/resistance for that extra bit of confluence.
No courses, just all self taught on RUclips/online.
Demo until you're profitable with a strategy that fits your personality. Then pass the test.
That said I started 2 months ago only but probably study forex about 30hrs a week on top of my main job.

You will never be truly successful if you can’t be happy for other people’s success. What works for him doesn’t mean it’ll work for you and vice versa. That’s why I love traders who genuinely encourage and motivate, and not really just selling their bots, courses and whatnot.

FTMO should also provide fixed spread (not raw spread), literally fixed spread. it will help a lot, I think.

EAs work depending on the market conditions, i myself turn them off bdfore news

The EAs he’s using have been back tested and survived with minimal drawdown since 2003. I got my hands on Welsh’s EAs, they’re pretty amazing

Great interview. I'm learning to specialise in the GBPJPY on my challenge. I clearly see a high probability pattern of price action on this pair.
Gj reacts nicely on 38% and 61% also it works on .200 and .800 plus whole numbers so keep a look out for that stick to higher timeframe like daily and good luck

Hmm.. Nice! you didn't get the chance to see how you deal with losses or drawdown though. Just remember that big lots could mean big losses if/when you lose.

Hello Adeniyi,
Once you pass the Challenge, you are given a different account to trade the Verification. Once you pass the Verification, you wil receive a new account again, which is the FTMO Account (connected to live market). If you want to have multiple FTMO Accounts, you have to pass the evaluation stage for each of them, so in order to get a second or any subsequent FTMO Account(s), you have to start another Challenge and bring it to the FTMO stage.
Unless I'm mistaking, he's basically automating his FTMO with EAs and seeing success with it?

Can you have more than 3 accounts? I am confused. Also how do people meet the min trading days on multiple accounts? Trade copiers?
You can have more than 3 accounts, but Max funding is $300k ( 3 $100k accounts or 6 $50k accounts). Hope that helps.

Loved the interview, it gives me hope that I can make it work! Thanks FTMO for sharing all the interviews with us. Hopefully I'll be one of your future interviews. I am curios as to why all the people saying "this guy doesn't know how to trade" aren't doing interviews. It obviously sounds like they know more, and should be killing it. You need to pay for each Challenge individualy, but you can order them one after another and start trading them at the same time if thats what you want.
Why is it so difficult to find good and working EA’s in the market? And where can we find reliable ones because clearly we know some out there works
Don’t know. I stuck with manually doing it and have been fine. Never looked into the bot stuff like that.
You have to make your own EA, either learn how to code, or pay someone to make an EA based on your strategy. You have to ask yourself, why would someone sell a profitable EA on the internet when they can use it all for themselves?
So, your better off learning how to trade manually, and when you developed a solid rules based strategy, look into converting it into an EA

If you were making a killing in the market, would you want to tell everyone? It's extremely rare for our FTMO Traders to be happy to go public and do an interview.

No, the Free Trial is for free to test you strategy and our system, but you can not get any funding from passing a Free Trial account. If you want to apply for funding, you will have to start the real Challenge with initial fee.

What’s the max number of ftmo accounts your allowed?

We did not set any limit for the number of accounts. We do have a limit for the maximum funded capital for each FTMO Trader which is 300 000USD. Therefore, you are allowed to have 6x 50K account or 3x 100K account etc.
