    So...Use an impact driver. Okay.
When you put it back together, you can reduce problems from corrosion in a few ways. First, if it's suitable from a load point of view, consider a stainless-steel fastener. Second, with or without a stainless fastener you can use blue Loctite or some other vibration-resistant thread-locker. People will tell you to use anti-seize compound, and that works too, but thread-locker works just as well to prevent moisture and air from getting between the thread forms and corroding. If it's a fastener you can see removing periodically, then use an anti-seize goo. If not, use a thread-locker.

Josh, Yes that would be a great idea, if you watch my other video I put different bolts for the custom roof rack system This shows how to stop the plates from dropping as well. ruclips.net/video/9YI4vfc921A/видео.html

That sounds like you still had to break the the fastener loose with your wrench (the little crack sound was the tell). I keep hitting the impact driver until the fastener starts turning.

I just hit each one several times and then the wrench yes so cracked the paint with the wrench some did not.
