eh, if anyone really wanted one they shoulda got it lol. Only 6500 in total here in Canada. I love mine. Sucks I won't be able to get another one in like 5 years. Would be nice if they keep the stinger hybridize or electrify it instead of just getting rid of it..

@@jl632 Thanks man. The color of the car is Panterra, with no wrap. I think it was probably the lighting in the garage. The metal flake in the paint sparkles in the sunlight. Amazing paint. The only thing I wrapped was the ugly red reflector on the rear of the car. The Touring edition is super close to the Scorpion edition. Be sure to check out part 2, the drive... Nick is super cool, easy to get along with, and a great guy. Easy to be down to earth with as you put it...

Siick Vid!! Im a proud owner of the '23 Gran Tourer Special Edition (Ceramic Silver)! Its my 2nd Stinger. I had a black '18 GT1 for almost a year & decided to get The Tourer GT2 after stumbling upon it by accident, 2 hours away from me. It arrived on the lot the night before & still had the plastic wrap on the seats! The interior is was sucked me in!
Especially it being the ONLY Stinger with RED SEATBELTS/STICHING. Bought it soon after realizing how uncommon the Tourer is!!! The Alcantara is Amazing!
& Way more bells & whistles in comparison. It was great owning 2 Stingers at the same time for a short while. (1st year production & the last year.) Sold my 18 GT1. Luv my new GT2 for 8 months now.

I was going to keep my 18, which was Red as well, but then this came along and it was over, my favorite color and all the tech we got screwed out of on the first year. Traded it in.. Enjoy your brother, their awesome cars..

Well darn! I was pretty set on getting the '23 in Ascot Green with beige interior but Tony shows off his gorgeous, modified '23 Grand Touring edition to throw my decision off the rails! Sigh.
Ha! Well I think you have a pretty good problem on your hands right there! The interior alone on this car is just next level, it drove and felt like a complete different car than my 21 GT did, the AWD system is phenomenal
Great video, I'm a new subscriber as of today. I used to own a StingerGT1 AWD, it was fanstastic. Easily the best performance car for the money on the market, hands down. It was near perfect, extremely quick and it never broke. Such great cars.
I can't wait to get a kia stinger man there so cool and sweet I would love a GT2 AWD and 2022 or newer man that would be a blessing.
Indeed, the GT2 I will say feels like a complete different car. It really feels like a GT car and the sport luxury interior is on a new level, esp this one here, it’s my fav interior out of all the Stingers I’ve ever sat in.

Cool car, I almost ordered that spec it’s called the gt elite in Canada. I was worried about the Alcântara not holding up over the years.
It should last. You notice the only placed the suede inserts in areas you wouldn’t normally touch anyways. I believe they did that on purpose, to give it longevity.
In Canada, Stingers are one of the best bang for buck cars here. $53k CDN MSRP for fully loaded top spec. ($39k USD)

In my opinion, the scorpion edition is very similar and a little but better than the tourer edition. The scorpion has lots of carbon fiber on the inside and the spoiler really tops it. I also prefer the leather seats. Obviously still a very beautiful car.
Indeed! He just ordered the scorpion rear end piece, it’s getting painted at Kia now. He will be back on the channel when we throw the tunes on it. Will be very unique

I had a 22 gt-line with jb4 and bug fella brakes....that thing was beautiful and could run but it was totaled smh now I'm in a 22 gt1 tt the best baby

Best setup IMO, I got some throttle action when it was 34 degrees out, I can tell esp at higher speeds the throttle response is much better with them being connected to the snorkels up front and she pulls very strong in map 3.

@@tshing08 no I just have a GT2 in Ceramic Silver. I was going to do the Gand Tourer package but didn’t want to hassle with cleaning that suede.
Yup! I also have a 23 Stinger and that’s the GT logo I have here in PA.

You Are 💯 correct on the JB4 I use it to lower boost on my LAP3 2.5 ECU
Get slotted and drilled rotors, it changes everything especially the fronts. I bought the R1 Concepts Geo Carbon slotted and drilled rotors and Power Stop ceramic pads for my 22 GT1

Honestly was stuck between this car and mustang gt premium. Think I’m going for that stinger. My car was totaled and have a good 20k saved for a down payment. Recommend this over the Mustang ?
Absolutely man, these things walk those all day long with just a JB4 and intakes, esp the AWD. These also have a rarity factor and garnish non stop attention and compliments everywhere you go, mustangs are so common. Don’t get me wrong, I love the sound of a V8, esp RWD, but between the 2, I would take one of these hands down. These have forged internals and will take lots of power with very few problems. I’m about to upload part 2 soon

Question...so the afe intakes are better than the injen? In the k8 description the afe offers more hp but I see everybody with the injen...is that a better look or better sound quality?

The timing for me on buying this was not meant to be. If what I see is correct on Kia’s website is correct, there are only 3 left in the U.S. So sad.
Agree. It’s sad to see it go, but let me tell you.. Albert B from M Permc deigned the power train on it, then Peter S of Audi Design designed it, so of course it’s twin turbo GDI! I’ve never talked to so many people at a gas station or drive thru before until the Kia Stinger!
I wanted to ask regarding installation of the front emblem for 2023 model, can I have the account of the owner
For the installation of the front emblem, you will want to get it here www.k8stingerstore.com/products/e-logo-badge. Removal of the original will work best in the sun or if you have a heat gun, carefully heat up the emblem, then take some fishing line or thick dental floss and and work it back and forth to cut through the adhesive. Once off clean the rest of the adhesive off then prep surface with some iso alcohol. Then you are ready to install Korean OEM badge.
I just bought the 2023 gt2 AWD and I was curious if this has ever been done before or if its is even possible. The rear reflectors that extend around to the side of the car (that many people seem to dislike) has anyone ever thought to, or tried to replace them with lights? Preferably a sequential turn signal that would travel down that whole side peice? Correct me if I am wrong because, Im not knowledgeable at all with this type of work but is that even possible?
Good idea, I could recommend it to some aftermarket manufacturers I know. Here are some nice carbon ones VividVisual channel just made. I actually show them in this next vid I’m getting ready to release when I stopped by his house to drive and rip his new 97’ turbo NSX!

Agree! I like the appearance of it to. You can tell it’s something but it’s very streamlined and looks just right
@@twn2rbo cold air should provide the dense air that a turbo needs. I would imagine that with correct tuning ,the engine should be significantly more responsive throughout the rev band!

Agree, and I look forward to see what they do, Kia spent a lot of money on the Stinger and all the little changes from year to year and country specs etc. they also redesigned their logo, a true statement of big changes in the company, will be interesting to see what they do next!
