🍗 Oven Baked Chicken | Chicken on a Bottle | Oven Baked Chicken with Flavored Butter | Chicken Roast

This oven-baked chicken is always welcome, or better said, chicken on a bottle in the oven. Since childhood, I've been delighted with this recipe of oven-baked chicken with flavored butter, with a big-time crust and an indescribable tenderness to the meat. For you food lovers, I leave here a recipe for an extraordinary chicken roast, in the company of some proper garden vegetables.

Ingredients for oven-baked chicken roast:
a chicken 2-4 kg;
1 teaspoon of pepper;
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds;
1 teaspoon of smoked sweet paprika;
1 teaspoon of sugar;
10 cloves of garlic (bulbs);
200 gr butter 82% fat, or poultry fat;
aromatic herbs (oregano, rosemary, thyme);
1-2 1/2 teaspoons of salt;
For the garnish:
potatoes;
turnips;
carrots;
20-30 ml sunflower oil;
salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano, garlic;
Bake everything at 170-175 degrees C for 2 hours + 1/2 hour at 190-200 degrees C, for a crispy crust.
If it shows signs of burning, cover the more exposed parts with aluminum foil and continue baking.
