    Ingredients for oven baked chicken in tomatoes with vegetable mash:
    Ingredients for oven baked chicken:
    - 1.2-1.5 kg whole chicken;
    - 500 gr cherry tomatoes or small-sized tomatoes;
    - 1 head of garlic;
    - 50 ml olive oil;
    - 2 tablespoons of hot pepper jam (or any red-colored jam);
    - 100 ml white wine (your preferred choice);
    - 10 gr salt;
    - 1 teaspoon pepper;
    - 1 teaspoon herbs de provence (sage, rosemary, thyme, oregano);
    - 1 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme;
    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 45 minutes per kg of chicken meat.
    Halfway through, remove the parchment paper and let it brown.
    Ingredients for vegetable mash:
    - 500 gr potatoes;
    - 1 carrot;
    - 1 parsnip;
    - 1 medium-sized celery;
    - 250 ml milk;
    - 100 gr 82% fat butter;
    - 30 gr parmesan cheese;
    - enough water for boiling;
    - 10 gr salt;
    - 4-5 sprigs of lemon thyme;
    - 1 sprig of rosemary;
    Boil everything until the vegetables become soft, drain the liquid, mash well, adding the butter and parmesan cheese gradually.
