Use the rev limiter foot down in gear clutch down and then release and practice your shifts. You will pull at least 6.2. I daily mine so I'm used to how it runs but once you get to know it's Gremlins they are a tiny beast. Love them and our community is one of the best.
Calvin's leader board is 20-70 👍 and try pressing and holding the traction control button for a few seconds.
u cant turn tc off in an abarth, the button is TTC ( torque transfer control) kind of mimics an lsd. and ccd is 20-70
Nice to see more of these. Need some more new and old school fiats turbos, an mg zr 1.8 turbo would be cool, rover coupe 220 tomcat turbo, cali turbo, vauxhall bertone turbo, astra gsi, the mg or rover zt 1.8 turbo, maaan the 90s were filled some some cool cars.

The 0-60 will be affected by having a passenger, especially in such a light car. The IHI turbo will struggle to get 180+. will probably have about 160bhp

What sort of mpg are you getting since having it mapped?
I could be wrong as i was not there however the bogging down just sounds like driver error dude. My standard 595 Abarth flies off the line and it's 150-ish BHP Also TTC is NOT traction control it's a torque control system for the diff and gearbox i believe.
this is running more like 160 brake. a very good stage 2 map will get you 190bhp
Yep no way 190bhp with just a stage 1 remap…just had mine done and they say 160-170bhp…the torque is where all the gain is…you get around 80NM extra torque…😁
In a small lightweight car, surely a 0-60 or a 20-60 etc would be better done with one person in the car? to give a more fair result? good video though dude

im running a stage 1 i also have sport mode tuned to stage 2 not entirely sure just recently purchased the car
throw a td04hl turbo, 390cc injectors, 7lt intercooler, remove the cat and remap, easy 250/280hp on thock internals and still safe if u stop at 250

Hold down the traction control button for like 5 seconds and it fully cuts off traction control
if you hold the esc down for 10 seconds it will disable it completely
to turn traction off fully you press the traction button and hold for 10 seconds untill it flashes

Id let you drive my fiat coupe 5 cyl turbo running 340whp - soon to be 350bhp once the stainless tubular manifold has arrived from italy and been installed - if you werent so damn far away, and my paddle clutch wasnt like an on off switch. Royal ball ache pulling away looking so dman obnoxious xD

Ttc is torque transfer control
Works like an electronic lsd applies a bit of braking to the spinning wheel gimmick job
Some of the higher end abarth are competizione and biposto and some other special editions have a mechanical lsd but still have the ttc button inside

I had 2 abarths with the competizione and mechanical lsd and with the button pressed or not i didnt feel any difference except the mechanical lsd doing its job so 🤷🏽

These arguably are one of the best sounding 4 pots there are.
Depends what turbo it has… ihi turbo stage 1 you are looking at 160-170. Garret turbo you can see 200bhp on stage 1
Ihi can get about 190 but requires fmic, sports cat, enclosed filter and a decent map 👍🏻

Small lighter turbo cars are generally fun and that 20-60 was pretty quick even if Calvin's are 20-70. Obviously you need to beat that in the civic

He was saying how reliable these are, the coolant tank is empty on this one, and it be well on its way to overheating and destroying itself soon, and my work mates one has recently had over 1k spent on the engine to keep it on the road, I don’t think they are very reliable personally.

Coolant goes in these all the time, when I owned one I had pink coolant coming through the recirc valve and up into my air filter box, very weird! I did however get the car off some fucking numpty that dressed all his dealership up to be this abarth specialist place which it clearly weren’t 😂🫣
Stage 1 is normally about 180/190bhp on those abarths
thats stage 2. these ones have the smaller ihi turbo.
