Yes possibly but it would still have to get through the filter as well and at that point it would be just water vapor. No more than a hot humid day in tropical weather.
Absolutely love how your car looks. Wish that color had been available here in the United States, but damn Americans like their big pickup trucks and SUVs, so the poor 500 and family just never had a chance here. But I'm still happy with my red 2015 Abarth 500, even if it is completely stock.
As an added mod since those are metal pieces and not plastic (which can heat up and retain heat) is to scuff them up with sandpaper and hit then with 2 coats of DEI silicone spray. It's used for headers but also acts as a barrier to prevent metal pieces from heating up.
Had a induction kit on my fiat bravo tjet. It's a novelty at first but gets tedious after awhile the sucking noise is just to much I also think to much air escapes and loses power back to stock with with a BMC element seems to be the way to go can't hear bov but a much deeper sound and more toque from engine
Just installed the same one, with the Elbow and breather pipe which recirculates boost back to the intake, I must say its noisier in person, Doesn't bother me that much unless on the motorway there is the constant sucking noise lol, I've tried fitted with the stock turbo Elbow, It reduces the sucking noise to about half, I am guessing the restriction in the pipe suppresses the noise more, I noticed better response in the lower rev band, And somewhat more linear acceleration to about 4.5k revs, Boost pressure is also increased Before was getting about 0.8 Now it peaks at 1.5 and rolls off to about 1.1 bar, With the stock Elbow fitted it reverts back to just over 0.8 Noticed also that the MPG Dropped, Could be running more richer than normal with the increased airflow and cooler Intake temps.
How did you find fitting the intake hose? The small bottom outlet just doesnt seem to line up well compared to stock. Did you have to move anything to get that on? Its to fit on a garrett turbo and stock box. Thank you
@@LostinSweden68 ah so thats why you hear the whoosh sound, thought it was from the forge induction kit alone, but you have seperate valve for blow off
If your looking at the engine you’ll see a plastic scuttle board the houses the windshield wiper motor, etc… Installing the induction kit requires you to cut a hole there to suck cold air from outside the engine compartment.
how you feel with the sound after 2 months? i want to install forge induction but i believe i will have everyday smile and headache!!! its my everyday car.

You have to be brave to go with adrenaline green and I t’s rare to see a pick up on the roads here in Sweden. Thanks

I’ll look into it. Makes sense for sure. Thanks!
On a 165-170hp car you’re not going to feel that 5hp loss from heat lol

Bella modifica 👏
Beautiful Car! I have the Single Cannister from Forge on me 2015 VW CC 3.6L, very similar setup to your intake.
Thanks! Do you have as much air sucking noise as I do. It’s a bit obnoxious at times 😂
Love it my friend !!
Thanks!!
Best sound in the world
I’m still ripping around loving it! Sport cat now and it really runs great!
Bellissima, colore stupendo 👍💗
Buzzing for you. Sounds epic 👌
Thank! The power difference is quite noticeable and fun!
@@LostinSweden68 thinking of getting one for my comp and you've made me want it even more now 😃
Spacers 13 and 15?
would just that big red pipe on it's own be worth the upgrade?
Yes you should be able to run that with the factory air filter and enjoy a big performance increase.
is there any risk using the car on heavy rain? i mean if water could get through the vents below the windshield? only heavy rain
Can't wait for the track day video!
I hope to get a video up before that track day. Thanks for watching!

Still happy with it? It you just ride very slowly (cruisecontrol for example) will it still make so kuch sound?
Less noise now to due sport cat and inter cooler. Better airflow everywhere and as a result less noise at cruise speed.
@@LostinSweden68very nice 👍 you don’t have a blow off valve in this video on the car right? It really sounds like it does
Yes it has from the factory and afterwards I installed the Forged atmospheric blow off valve

Any risks of rain water getting into the inlet pipe?
Its possible I guess at slow speeds but I can’t imagine it being very much and nothing the air filter couldn’t manage.
The link for buy this kit? Thanks
Can you take it off later on without any problem?. Please let me know.
Yes but their will be a hole in the plastic that probably wouldn’t be noticeable afterwards
@@LostinSweden68 Thank you so much. Which plastic you mean?

I can’t recommend it for a daily driver. It’s a lot of noise
Will it fit 2013 abarth ?
I think so as long as you specify which turbo you have. I don’t think you have a Garret.
@@LostinSweden68 the 2013 is a garret 1.4l multiair
Grymt intressant för en ny ägare av en Abarth 500 att följa denna kanal..
Any loss of power? Thank you
A noticeable increase in power.
