I was enjoying everything and thought the panel looked really nice, but when you placed it onto the card base, my jaw dropped. I had no idea that adding the vibrant card base would make such a dramatic difference. You floored me with that!
The last time I tried pencil on black card stock, I wasn't happy with the results, but now, with the many provided tips, I need to try it again! Thanks so much!!!!!!
Nothin' prettier than purple and gold together -- the design really stands out on the black background. Thank you for the white as a first-layer tip -- and the tip to leave part of the image uncolored. Enjoy CHA!
This is so beautiful! Thanks for an easy to understand demonstration on how to do this. I'm excited to try it. Also for listing the measurements and supplies used so I don't have to keep going through the video to find them.
When I first saw the cards. I thought they were die cut. The coloring method you use makes the black appear to be shadow. How beautiful! You're a great instructor.
Oh, Gina! LOVE this card! My kit should be “on its way” to me....CAN’T HARDLY WAIT to get it and make some of these cards as well as trying some other colors, too! LOVELY, LOVELY creations! Have a WONDERFUL TIME at CHA, too! Will be looking forward to more fun ideas after your CHA trip, too! HAPPY CREATIN’ n’ HAPPY STAMPIN’!!! :-))
Although you are highlighting a particular stamp set, this technique fits right in with several of ones I already have. Thank you for making the main focus of your videos, the technique
I love embossing the white card to match the embossed design. I used this technique on my Christmas cards and they were lovely. Thanks for showing us this technique. These cards are beautiful, too!
Very pretty. I am going to have to try this when I receive my stamps. I think that the way you left the pencil strokes makes the flowers look to be embroidered.
This is one of my favorite videos from Stamp TV. I have used your example to make my own cards with your technique . And you are such a good teacher. I have missed you this month but I saw today where you and Rina are on the road. I hope you bring back your videos in the Fall. Hugs!
That was a Beautifully Awesome technique! Wow! It really showcases how much love you put into that kind of work, especially if you're giving the card to someone. Love it! Thank you for sharing your God-given talents.😊❤
Gorgeous! My fav colors too! Thanks for the tips on using the colored pencils. I never thought of using white as the base for another color. Have fun at CHA.
You always amaze me and get my creative juices flowing. Never would of thought of white underneath, now i can do black card stock as a top of the card not just to put under colors to make colors pop. You do such great cards. Keep up your unique ideas
Oh my...I LOVE these! Purple being my favorite color I was loving that purple, but the blue popped so much I'm having trouble deciding which I liked better! LOVE them both! Thanks for the inspiration! :-)))

I heard Ken and Sean from Ken’s Kreations talking about what a genious you are. I must say I have to agree. Your cards are more elegant than cutsie (not that there’s anything wrong with that), but that is my preference.
