This music is oddly peaceful, given the situation. This game is a work of art.
It may be peaceful but it still has that anxious vibe, in fact the bpm of the heartbeat is slightly above resting rate, which indicates the anxieties of protagonist.

I just finished Door to Phantomile an hour ago or so but I have to say I hear so many game tracks in this that I feel are inspired by this track, but I may be just riding the high of finishing the game here-
I hear parts of Anistar City from Pokémon X, Sweet from Persona 5, Mechonis Core from Xenoblade Chronicles as well as Primal Dialga’s Theme from Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky at times

My favorite song from one of my favorite games...
Untamed Heart is just so beautiful. It's filled with emotion and sets my heart at ease whenever I close my eyes and listen. Hearing this track while exploring the Moon Kingdom made me realize that Door to Phantomile and Klonoa in general are truly special

This song is a perfect track to sleep to at night. A truly relaxing tune for a really amazing level.

Just finished DtP in the phantom reverie series, never played a klonoa game before, though I've always seen the little guy's face periodically for years, and I even heard small bits here and there about how good and sad the series is. After trying it for the first time, I can say with confidence that my money was well spent, and I'm glad I didn't wait for a sale. 9/10 would cry again.

А если быть серьезнее, то мне очень хочется написать, что я достаточно поздно смог сыграть в эту игру, а именно где-то около года назад. И эта игра за столько лет не растеряла свой шарм и обаяние, я до сих пор переигрываю игру на 100% на эмуляторе!
Я очень благодарен вам за то, что вы смогли загрузить всю музыку из этой игры на RUclips, так что теперь я могу слушать эти чудесные мелодии и вне игры. Спасибо вам!

я буквально вчера прошла этот ебучий шедевр, через пот, кровь и спойлеры, до двух часов ночи хуяря, сломя голову, сквозь пятое шестое, и седьмое видения.
за этот месяц с копейками (я учусь в универе) моё видение этой вселенной успело сделать пируэтов десять и село на шпагат - а ведь образ на duck я загружала под впечатлением, что это какой-то милашный фанфик по сонику, или же геншин для самых маленьких, или же щитпостная долина... и, знаете, я не жалею, что не стала придавать серьёзного значения, когда случайно впервые увидела фанарт с клоноё в 2022 году. не жалею, что шутки ради спросила на реддите задавать мне вопросы по вселенной, о которой я не знала нихуя. не жалею, что решила качать именно версию на плойку - ремастер всё ещё явно списан с той самой версии на wii... и это нехорошо, по-моему, ведь выйди клоноё впервые именно сейчас, а не в 1997, он бы затерялся среди кучи однотипных пластиковых платформеров, которые так сильно пытаются в олдскульный вайб, даже среди тех же хагги-вагги. покупать ремастер нужно только в целях поддержки серии. пойду закрывать хвосты в учёбе и там уж по второму кругу наверну. спасибо за фэнтомайл, легенды.

I remember touching this game as a kid and thought his ears where his hands lol. Anyways, I just finished playing this game as an adult. I played the remake and man, this game felt like a culmination of different games in one. It had HEAVY Kirby 64 vibes and some Mario and that tricky Crash/Mega Man platforming especially toward the end. Honestly hated that level in moon kingdom or whatever it was called. Had to put that mess on easy just for THAT level especially when they had the nerve to make you start all the way over if you lost all your lives or how we used to say it back in the day: extra men. And this game did not care about checkpoints at all. Also with how this game has got this magical aesthetic to it, it makes me think of NIGHTS and Spyro too. But mostly Kirby bc everything is cute, even the enemies. Playing the sequel rn. Its alright im not a huge fan of how Klonoa runs so leisurely and slow but im getting used to it and his VERY small Yoshi flutter could have been more. Especially bc hes got these huge ears that you would think he could fly with like Kirby flies or how Tails flies with his tails, just he gets tired after a while. Idk if i liked the 1st or 2nd game better, the storyline and characters are very weird and EVERYONE talks so slow but it was a memorable experience overall.

This place is such a labyrinth to get around. But hey, at least the Moon Kingdom looks very pretty. It is very nice to look at. And it has nice soothing music to listen to.

For some reason, this track reminds me of Joe Hisaishi's "The Bygone Days", from Porco Rosso. Probably because they both have an air of melancholy and both are beautiful pieces.
