    Matt, I follow several car channels, I have to tell you working off your garage, and basiclly doing it all yourself, is what make this very relatable to the common man. Great Job!!

Big psi numbers, anytime your working with any turbo lines, boots, connectors etc. The secret is strongest hairspray you can find. Slather the pipes and boots before you connect then clamp. Seriously im hitting 32 psi and take my stuff apart and reassemble never had one issue. Hairspray is the secret lol devin niemela the evo king taught me that little hack.

    Congrats, 2001 911 Turbo came with 415hp/tq so that should be quite a handful if it's all there. I remember people getting out of control with these they were so powerful. You should consider finding a garage princess on Copart and getting the entire interior, rear lights, all the good parts and putting them on yours... esp if it's your dream car... then you can get it up to insane HP/TQ if you want, that engine is a race engine with a proven track record. Check out this 850HP 996T "A 700HP Porsche 996 Turbo is a Hellcat's Worst Nightmare." New turbos and stuff to get that on race gas, 750HP on 93 octane... that's too much power. You probably know all this.

    • @matt13ross
      @matt13ross  Год назад

      Yea I don't want to ruin it's street drivability. For now, 400-450 hp is great. A tune will be around 500. Maybe in the future, larger turbos and aim for 600, but nothing crazy.
