      I have zero issues with him giving it to Matt. It was a great video and him and the team put a lot of work in getting it together. That said, it does feel a little shady in its execution.
      It's heavily implied from the title, and otherwise, that it's actually a "give away," (aka for fans/viewers). So to imply this, then only towards the very end of the video, reveal that implication was a farce and it's a actually being given to a friend of his... Does feel a tad shady for clickbait/views reasons.
      Again, I think it's great he gave it to him, and they put a lot of work into doing it. It just seems manipulative for views to imply it was actually a give away car, only to reveal at the very end
      what that meant.

      Well, he helped himself a lot to get this one done within 24 hours😂. I am going to be blunt here. This was definitely doable in 24 hours. Still impressive. Not gonna lie, but this was basically an engine swap and a wash with a few small bits and bops while Matt rebuilt a crash damaged far complexer car😅. I am used to working on Porsches and Freddie made it look a little more complex than it was for dramatic effect 😉

    Two things I love in this video:
    1. Oil smeared hands, that's some serious wrenching.
    2. You put the Porsche with the engine facing forward on the trailer (car's backwards).You know what you're doing👍

    If you take an extra few more weeks on top to complete, I’m sure it will be well worth it.
    All the best ChrisB

    Well done lads, that car was the first serie i watched on the channel! I got devastated when you said a couple a years ago that you had to sell cars from the shop, since that I've been happy every time I've got a glimpse of the Porsche in the shop in other videos. And now, I can finally let it go and I'm happy it's soon running the streets again. 🎉

    Tavarish that was great Matt was well deserving of that car he is one if not the best interior designers around the automotive industry and he has such a possessive attitude well Done I think this is a Win win situation

  • @deaks25
    @deaks25 2 месяца назад +4

    Matt's definitely well deserving of the car. For me it's still the Merci. That interior design he came up with is still one of the most incredible designs I've ever seen, because it balanced show-stopping wow-factor with a top-draw level of style and class, and absolutely nailed that "Million dollar supercar" tag.
    And he always seems like a really humble guy.
    And this shows why Freddie is a cut above the rest when it comes to Automotive RUclips; despite how much success he's had, and how big the channel gets, Freddie never forgets to look after the people who help him out.

You work hard to get what you have, but you never forget to thank all the help behind every build, or to help when it's needed. I suscribed to your channel last year, without knowing anything about it, just car builds, but i exactly know now why i m still here.

    Hopefully the rest of this week brings the completion of this video to the finale we tuned in to see starting her #1... and then the 3 coating polish and a good detailed interior because he's going to drive it before he puts his touch into it. After all it is going to a good friend of the channel! Ultimately the follow up conclusion video it would be great to showcase his interior and possibly a Track day enjoying it! Keep us informed because what you have done for this Guy is fulfilled a bucket list car he never really thought he'd ever have the chance to own his inner kid is jumping for joy. For that reason this really hit a home run. Great job team keep up the hard work and work ethic to all involved . I've enjoyed watching this one!
