I learned a lot about this video about why soaking oats is good, what kind of turmeric to use, why black pepper should be used with turmeric, and importance of wood pressed oils. Do you recommend also putting baking soda in the batter?
I tryed it and its amazing I added a twist on it: flavoured cubes, dania leaves, zucchini and spinach... Yummy delicious.. Thank you so much for your recipe..i loved it..

Dear Nisa.. I did notice that the recipes posted on your FB page are not here in your RUclips channel ( example the noodles ) .. wouldn’t it be great to have those recipes on your RUclips channel as well, so your viewers can have a one stop shop for visiting your recipes. Thank you !
I showed this to my husband and he was skeptical with the oats, he said “I would rather eat it with rice” 🤣 because he usually has sweets oats for breakfast. But I’ll make this either way, he will love it 💕🤣
Ceramic knives in general are wonderful! They stay sharp for years because they're harder than steel. One major con is that if they do get blunt, you can't sharpen them at home because they ARE harder than steel, but even a blunt ceramic knife is still sharper than a blunt steel one. Imagine cutting with a shard of pottery, sharp! another con is that they can shatter when dropped or when used to cut harder foods (ice, bones)
Mam thanku just i think this recipie immediately ur video came tomorrow i wil try .my mother also wached ur video.i have severe acidity. So i follow ur tips.
Thanks for this recipe for weight loss problem. I tried your recipe and suggestion for three months and the result was outstanding. I actually used the Masala rolled oats from True Elements as they were very good in quality and budget-friendly as well. Thanks once again.

@@anagha4775 oh! No! Steel cut oats takes much more time to cook than rolled oats. It is like one oat cut in to 6 or 8 pieces. Not flat like rolled. Thank you for responding.😊 I will find out.

You can use the Fitness Pal app by entering the ingredients and checking the caloric and nutrient breakdown yourself. It's a good app which can also scan the barcodes of packaged foods and give you the nutritional information.
Hi Nisa I hv been following your weight loss recipes. The moringa leaves chutney turned out well. If we can reduce the raw smell of moringa a bit, it would be great. May be we can saute slightly before grinding

Can you share the link to buy that red color protective gear you always wear while chopping? I really like to chopp the way you do cause placing the veggies and others on board and cutting them looks as bigger task and irritates a lot all the time...so it will be great if you share the link...!!
