Ouch! I'm glad you are not hurt. Full credit for having the nerve to post it. I dropped a Multistrada in the mud at a campsite. More embarrassing than damaging thankfully. It's amazing how little traction our bikes have with street tires on any kind of wet dirt yet still grip well of wet streets.

Really glad it was a soft landing with no injuries and once again, well done for leaving that in the video. It would have been so easy to edit it out and avoid the embarrassment factor. 10 out of 10
Nice drone footage. About the little mishap there, no worries, no harm done, when you can walk away from it unharmed and bike no damage you'll laugh about it later. Bit of a laugh at the end, that dude took your BMW car :-)
You're right about that chalky mud, it's the worst. Glad you and the bike didn't suffer. I made the mistake of trying to stop my VFR going over when I stalled it doing a turn in the road and pulled a tendon, that was in 2006 and it I can still feel it at times. Best to let it go and pay for any breakages!
More cracking drone footage - nicely done, Sir. As for the droppage, well done for righting the ship despite having minimal friction underfoot. Otherwise, no harm done... and hopefully that's your ration fulfilled. Safe roads 👍
As a rider with not that much experience, I'm not going to lie, but it's very reassuring to see someone of your skill and experience making a mistake! Well done picking that up on your own. I dropped a blade on a slippery concrete carpark once and it was a nightmare to get back up, it just kept sliding away every time I tried to lift it. I'm glad you and the bike were ok. I'm introducing my colleague to your video at the moment, we really enjoy the 125 reviews even though we both have full licences.
It's the most gut wrenching feeling. Good to see you're well, hope the bike escaped scrape / scuff free too.
Cracking winters day for Blighty, lovely.
Glad all is okay and it was soft mud.
Glad you are ok! Still, live and learn:) I’m surprised with your calm reaction - bravo!
Well, if you are going to fall, do it like that. Lovely slow speed, muddy soft ground. Thank you for uploading and keeping us riders honest. Once that front wheel goes we are just a passenger.
Nothing like dropping your pride and joy 🤣. I have done it myself. Glad you and your bike are unharmed 😊
Great video. Glad that you were going a low speed and didn’t get hurt! Stay safe!
The slight tumble was well worth it for those wonderful drone shots. What fantastic scenery!
Thank you Neil!
Sorry to see the slip TMF - but kudos to you for uploading it - and jumping on the bike straight after (I know with these recent slippy conditions my heart's been in my mouth one-a-many-morning-commute). Hope the trusty you and there GS are okay, looking forward to the 'meet the vloggers' uploads soon too.
Glad no damage done to you or the bike - so easy to do a mischief we've all been there! Quality droneage as well, it does produce some quality footage - more please. All the best, Ewan
From the title I guessed there was going to be a mishap, watching the clip was like waiting at the dentist 😣. Glad all ok, keep up the great work. Many thanks and all the best 👍
Glad both you and the GS are ok just a little mud. Great drone video awesome church. Thank yo for the great videos
All credit to you. Honest and upfront even when it goes pesr shaped. Maybe a video on which of the many ways to pick up a bike you find easiest. Obviously put some carpet down and lay down gently..
Another informative entertaining post TMF. A lot of respect for your honesty. Yep! We've all been there 👍
Glad you and the bike are ok. you took it very well and made the bike pickup look easy!
I knew you were safe but still watched this with my heart in my mouth😬. Thankfully the only damage was to your OCD (which I’m not the first to observe). Glad you’re safe and keep up the good work👍
Great drone shots TMF. Glad you and the bike are ok.😀
Really glad it was a soft landing with no injuries and once again, well done for leaving that in the video. It would have been so easy to edit it out and avoid the embarrassment factor. 10 out of 10
Cheers Steven!
Honest real life Vlogging, what more could you ask for. Well done TMF, glad you are both OK. Make it the last one for 2019!!
Glad no damage, and kudos for the 🚲 bike lift! You made it look easy. Great drone footage. Ride safe!
Glad you're OK and it wasn't too serious. Stay safe!
Well done, great drone footage, and good job on picking up the bike.
Drone footage was terrific, I love the rolling countryside and church
Nice drone footage. About the little mishap there, no worries, no harm done, when you can walk away from it unharmed and bike no damage you'll laugh about it later. Bit of a laugh at the end, that dude took your BMW car :-)
Nice technique and no panic on the pick up. Glad you (and the bike) are ok. Happens, or will do, to us all.
Please believe me when I say I don't mean anything negative by that comment! Glad it was a slow, soft landing! A lot of vloggers wouldn't have shared this. That's one extra subscription for you!
Hey welcome along! ...and thanks for the sub...
I like the way you said “I should be able to handle this” then “I can’t” as it you were going down! I think I might have edited that bit out. Good on you, hope you keep it the right way up from now on.
The first dozen sentences out of my mouth when I dropped my bike couldn't be played back on a public forum. You're a true gentleman.
Thank you!
I must have missed this one TMF. Glad you were OK with no damage done.
I noticed nobody came over to see if you were OK and/or you needed assistance?!
Situation normale!! ;0)
@@TheMissendenFlyer Reminds me when I was PX my V twin at Blade Honda Reading (2016) I rode in the pouring rain to the dealer first thing in the morning, no worries.
On arrival for some reason (car park empty) I turned left into the dealership then rode up to the building and turned right to park parallel to the building in the first clear space.
The next thing I knew was lying on the deck with the bike pinning down on my right leg!!! (Bike just cut out and took me completely by surprise!)
The first thing I thought .....shit I've damaged my PX (never mind my leg) however the Blade guys lifted the bike up and off my leg.
Amazingly NO DAMAGE done to the PX only to pride (bruised inner thigh) I could feel my face still RED HOT with embarrassment and didn't remove my helmet until I was well inside the dealership.
The dealer offered and took my NEW bike to my house in their van after the paperwork was signed!!!
Happens to the best of us, I am most impressed at the total lack of swearing, you're a better man than me!
I impressed myself with that!
