I love my 7000TL, works great on our cars. But I tried using for my daughters long Sienna van and it doesn't extend to reach the pinch wells which are 75 inches across. Even if I buy the 6-inch extenders, that's only 66-inches. Is it okay to put the ends a bit away of where the welded pinch welds are? What's the rule on this?
It is always a good idea to have additional support when working under a vehicle. While not always shown, these videos are created in a controlled environment with safety precautions in place.
Great question, however we don't recommend mounting the power unit. The QuickJack works best when the power unit is at ground level as excess pressure can remain in the lines when the power unit is elevated.
I just ordered a set of the 5000TL. I wonder if that handle comes in it or is that extra? I have a nice painted wall I’m wondering if I put the wall mount will it scuff up the wall? I maybe need a 8 x 2 wood to bring it out 2 inches so it doesn’t hit the wall maybe?
To answer your first question, the handles are included with the QuickJack kit! As for your wall, only you can decide what's best for your space. Whatever you come up with, feel free to share your solution by tagging us @quickjackusa

We find that most 1/2 ton trucks (like the F150/1500) are easily handled by our 7000TL or 7000TLX models. It will ultimately depend on the vehicle's curb weight and cab/bed length. @@quickjackusa I understand you have a measuring guide but, it would be nice just to have a list or spreadsheet showing which models, etc would be recommended for which vehicles. I have a C3 and a C5 Corvette, a Chevy 1500, ext cab 1500 pickup and a Chevy Traverse. I'm considering ordering very soon but I don't want to have to buy but one QJ. Thanks! Dan
While we do manufacture primarily overseas, QuickJack is still designed and engineered at our California headquarters. All of our R&D, Quality Control, Sales, Support, Logistics and Shipping teams are U.S. based either at our headquarters complex or East Coast Operations Center in Alabama. As far as pricing is concerned, we have done our best to avoid increases however with rises in freight, fuel, and raw materials costs, we have had to adjust accordingly and thank you - and everyone - for your understanding!
Love my 5000TL. It could use a handle on the opposite end of wheels. I added some and it is so much easier to roll around.
Isn't the handle on the opposite end of the wheels? He picks it up off hanger and rolls it.

I agree. On the end opposite of the wheel, I picture a heavy duty nylon strap for picking it up off the floor. Would make it a lot easier.

@@tmuxvim they have mechanical lock-outs. You aren't relying on the hydrolics to keep the car up, just to lift it.
Has anyone died underneath from failure of those lifts?
