Lior Sternfeld, an assistant professor of history and Jewish studies at Penn State, is a social historian of the modern Middle East with particular interests in the histories of the Jewish people and other minorities of the region. He spoke at Princeton University's Sharmin and Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Iran and Persian Gulf Studies on Sept. 24, 2019.
