Flake (keyboard) gets in trouble with Till (singer), when he gets overindulced with that section you mentioned during the live shows 😂😂😂. You should definitely check out the live performance of this song. Fantastic, crazy performance.
Till used to be an Olympic swimmer back in the day, when the GDR still existed. He got kicked out of the team, because he left the hotel to meet other athletes without permission.
If you wanna check out the brilliance of Till's singing, I recommend "Mein Herz brennt- my heart is on fire". The piano version. (Charismatic Voice said, it's the best performance she ever heard)

It's the Keyboard - Flake basically does whatever he fancies to annoy Till. He then gets his leg slapped, he's chased or, on one memorable occasion has his head slammed down onto the keyboard and collapses on the floor! It's all in good clean family fun LOL.
The "annoying" sound, Flake does with his keyboard/synth, is almost similar in live performances (e.g. MSG 2010), even though not exactly the same, more improvisation. In the part, after Till sings very softly, in the live performance Flake has another improvisation to bridge the time until Paul, Till, and Richard put on their fire masks that you here just see for split seconds.
The official video is made from scenes of the movie Triple X (published 2002 with Vin Diesel). The first three minutes of the movie has the soundtrack of this song. The first action sequences are taken place before and in a Rammstein show where Rammstein is playing this song. Even though the show isn't a public one but with background actors as audiance, Rammstein acts quite similar to real live shows like the one in Madison Square Garden (especially with the fire masks).

Saw them in concert but they didn’t play this banger!! They are so good live!!!
The siren sound is a sample a JU87 Stuka dive bomber siren. Grabs the attention a bit as per it's original intended use. The video was shot in a dilapidated church over three nights in cold weather with fans flown in as the audience. Paul Landers the rhythm guitarist said that with the flames both behind and in front of the band he felt like kebab meat being cooked😂😂! Paul doesn't usually complain about the flames so it must have been hot!

In the weird section, the keyboarder goes a bit mad on the keyboard. I think he uses it a bit like a synthesizer, with some special soundboard and adjustments.
Edit: It is a bit improv, and always is more like a jokingly breaking out of the songs norm, to go a bit crazy.

The live version is also an absolute blast, at the time when Till, Richard and Paul have their mouths strapped with flamethrowers, Flake makes his big keyboard appearance

In the life show Till holds his hands onto the ears to protect them from the terrible sound and then tries to punish Flake for it.
his is a distortion pedal that some musicians use to change the guitar sound, like Tom Morello from Audioslave used to do. By the way, you could also analyze "Like a Stone" by Audioslave, which is my favorite song of theirs.

flake is the goat keyboard All sound effects is coming from His instrument actually to annoyed till on live performances too lol but you have to know that everything is set up by them isn't real fight.you should be see some flake's moves in the breakdown of their song called it "weisses fleisch" if you don't yet that guy is the soul of the party period 😂
I admit you had me laughing while waxing intellectual about adjudicating marching band and DCI/DCA type shows and keeping the audience enthralled…. While having the video paused 10:53 on a guy with a flamethrower on his face…🤣
I was in the theater when the film was shown there. After Rammstein's performance in the movie, half of the cinema's audience left immediately.
and this was because? they only came to hear the song part and didn’t actually care about the movie as a whole? Or the song made them want to leave?
I would have stayed either way and finished the movie, simply because I had paid to be there

It’s sort of like Pro Wrestling, when they play live they do these things that are very dramatic to look like they are mad at each other, but scripted. Flake suddenly makes this really high annoying note and Till acts like it made him mad, covers his ears like it’s messing with his Misophonia, (which he really has) and goes over to Flake and knocks him down, or hits him, or smashes his head into the keyboard, and yells at him to stop.
A lot of their antics are very pro wrestling influenced. Like the Ich Tu Dir Weh live. Flake even does the John Cena “you can’t see me” action before Till throws him into the bathtub. And Till does an Undertaker thing later. I notice this because I grew up watching WWF/WWE with my father.
I think they really like the theater, performance art aspect of it all
