Scwarzen Mann is a German expression meaning "the boogeyman" but literally translates as "black man"
"Alle haben Angst vorm schwarzen Mann" translates as "Everybody fears the boogeyman (black man)"
At the end the chocolate treats they're eating are called Dickmann's. But they used to have very racist names in different parts of the world and conservative people always rant about "why we gotta change the name of these traditional things we have?"
Basically it's about how populist politicians and people on social media and TV are using fear mongering and xenophobia for their own agenda and also making everybody fear everything and everyone

i watched a lot of reaction to this and you are actually one of the very few who recognized the - i think - very crucial part of the video about the tendency people seem to have to put madmen in positions of power.

Policemen, psychologists, surgeons, priests, soldiers, judges, journalists, officials/deputies/presidents - these are professions chosen by psychopaths. They always wish for power.

@@lunarwolf5555 Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy put it well, anyone who actually wants the job of president should absolutely not be allowed to have it. In that book, they put some random guy in charge of the galaxy, but never let him know he was in charge. People would just drop by from time to time and chat with him about policy and such, then they'd implement all his ideas, but he was oblivious to it all.

The walls are also built out of politically incited fear, not only due to isolation through technology. So the walls don't just have a metaphorical, but also a literal meaning. The cheerleaders, in my understanding, represent the followers of the lunatic politician.
    Greetings from Germany

I've learned so much from other commenters on other reactions to this video.
Rammstein doesn't pull any punches with their political commentary.
Even the popsicles they sit and eat at the end are part of it, because they used to have a racially-charged name.
This is honestly my favorite video of theirs (from the new album, at least) because it's just so layered and complex, and the song slaps, too!

You really should use close captions or at least an online translation, as you miss to much by not knowing what Till is singing about.
And it starts with the title of the song: by knowing, that Angst means fear, a lot of the imagery is unlocked.
Other than that, nobody will judge you for stopping and reacting a lot when watching a Rammstein video. There are to many little hints and meanings to be discovered and analysed.

What they bring to the table with this song is so well thought out because they bring out several things.
Firstly, the story Schwarzer Mann (Black men) is a very old German story/game or The Bogeyman. Secondly, with the lawn mowers they play the story of the 60/70s in America when Black people were hated and were afraid of those people. Third is what the media brings to us and tries to pound into us and brain wash with hatred towards each other. The cheerleaders are playing the government with which team are you for. At the end they ate (that's what we used to call them) Negerzoenen, which also refers to Black men. When the TV broke, color came back into life as it should be.

From what I understand about the message this song is sending is that it's talking about a metaphorical depiction of the Bogeyman which men, women and children should fear though in terms of a political figure and who brainwashed by the media not to ask questions, instead of using logic or common sense and the enclosed barbed wire is metaphor for society not being able to escape the prison we put ourselves in. If I'm way off, then I apologize.

Angst is the German word for fear. The "crazy Till" spreads fear via TV and the six band members stop living peacefully and start "protecting" themselves. In the lyrics they fear the "black man" (Schwarzer Mann). Originally "black man" stands for a kind of bogeyman (or death) in German. There is an old catch and run children's game. One child is the "black man", starting with the phrase "Who's afraid of the black man?". The others answer "No one." ... "And when he comes?" ... "Then we run." The children run away and try to escape the "black man". When one is catched, it is the next "black man". I guess that's originated from medivial time when the plague (or "black death") killed half of the population of Europe. Infected people partly got a black skin and and children were told to stay away from them.
Nevertheless Rammstein is playing with the double meaning of "black man". Some politicians and media spread fear about refugees comming to Europe. And even though most of them are not black, they might look a bit different and give a trigger to xenophobia ... which those politicians try to use for their own goals. So "crazy" politicians (one of the two roles, Till plays in the video) and indifferent media just seeking for attention are a dangerous combination. (That is at least my interpretation.)
