If Vinny was not there, imagine the carnage Pogy would've unleashed!
I really don't get all the talk about Pogacar taking too many stages... He is paid 6 million euros to win races not give away stages to the competition.
That's the point. He dominates. He's already won the tour and still keeps sniping stages. From some people's perspective, just because he can do it, doesn't mean he should. When you're up by 50 points in a game is it really the right thing to keep dunking on people? Depends on your perspective.

There aught to be a jersey for the most heart-broken lost. . . The Blue Jersey, and Matteo Jorgenson gets it!
Been a Pogi fan since he came on the scene. But I'm starting to wonder if he's getting some extra help. I sure hope not.
Top riders that have their best days - based on numbers - looks like weekend warriors compared to him.... Ofc he's clean .............
Did you watch the race? Or just the highlights? He rode behind 4 super strong teammates the entire day until that moment. All the riders he was passing were in a breakaway for most of the day.
@@mammasut8280 but people will still talk about him like they talk about Eddy merckx in 50 years 😂😂😂
When the most talented rider in decades finally gets it all together (altitude camps, long duration effort training, effective cooling, perfected nutrition, etc)...
@@CoopMauKona totally. The difference between a domestique and a super domestique? You have to give it to team UAE, the team (especially in this last week) have nailed it.
Crazy sport right now. Top cyclists calling it a spectacle rather than a performance... Insane numbers and inhuman times on the mountains... you would literally need an E-bike to keep up with Pogi haha hard to imagine even micro dosing would explain such a big advantage and dominance. Guy isn't even puffing as he cruses past the others.
💉💉💉
💊💊💊
Feel for Mateo. He was definitely the strongest rider outside of Tadej and if he’d not gone so hard early in the stage trying to set up the strategy for Jonas he probably would’ve won
Cime de la Bonette is "seem" notnot "cheemay" It means crest or ridge
I think people are confusing the Italian and French words
pogacar in that kind of form would have crushed vingegaard in the last two years. if he keeps up that kind of numbers no one will be able to challenge him for years till he declines of age or crashes.
Or is tested positive... Let's hope that's not the case, though.
He'd have crushed Armstrong and Landis too.
Like, Floyd Landis couldn't have kept up with Pogacar for one stage.
Note that Yates pulled Pog through the steep section and then Pog attacked when the gradient reduced to the 5 to 10pct which favours him so much. Same method as the previous big climb where he distanced JV.
"The look" where do i remember that from? Oh, ya. Now it makes sense.
Lance said recently he wasnt even looking at Ullrich. Most people look back after an attack to see the gap, have you ever raced ?
@@francescomancetti8327 it's not about "the look". It's a reference to doping. Today's biotech is way beyond doping of 20 years ago. Pogi made the others look silly. Wasn't even breathing heavy, just like Lance in his era.
@@francescomancetti8327 yes. I raced amateur in the 90's
Next year is going to be horrific.
When Tadej and Jonas realise the levels they're going to have to go to beat whatever the other one is doing.
Can't imagine it's going to be good for either of their hearts in the long run.
The Pog proving that he's in a class of his own. Simply incredible! 👍👑
M 🦘🏏😎
Bro Pogacar seems unbeatable, he doesnt even look tired
The last 9K was insane
타데이 포가차❤ 멋지다
so what kind of training is Pogi doing that other elite climbers aren't when he can make up 4:20 at the bottom of the climb? is it a same sport? also was that richard mille watch?
They were on the breakaway u know? they used more energy than him lmao
They were in the breakaway all day bro what more do you want from them
since pro he was always above everyone else he was 20 when he beat Roglič at TDF he aint normal regular world tour rider never was so idk he is only 25 right now i guess there were some margins to improve since last two years
When the most talented rider in decades finally gets it all together (altitude camps, long duration effort training, effective cooling, perfected nutrition, etc)...
Yes, it is RM watch... It is given to Tadej for the race. RM is a sponsor of the team. I think you can see the name Richard Mille on the sleve on the TimeTrial jersey.
First and FOREMOST, we ALL keep forgetting that Vingegaard, by ALL medical logic, should not even BE there at Le Tour 2024! He applied himself so well, it was easy for us all to overlook his 'condition'. From the moment he stood at the Start Line, that was an admirable moment worthy of a personal Yellow Jersey Victory! If Vinny was not there, imagine the carnage Pogy would've unleashed!
Agree. Thanks to Vingi, we have had at least a false hope of competitive TdF until today. I hope for a better fight next year.
Pogacar is amazing! 🔥
Too amazing
Pogacar is unbelievable.
06:50 thought so! well done Tadej!
I really don't get all the talk about Pogacar taking too many stages... He is paid 6 million euros to win races not give away stages to the competition.
People always want to hate on the champ. That's in every sport throughout history. What he does is pure art and we're lucky to be witnessing it.
That's the point. He dominates. He's already won the tour and still keeps sniping stages. From some people's perspective, just because he can do it, doesn't mean he should. When you're up by 50 points in a game is it really the right thing to keep dunking on people? Depends on your perspective.
and we have a new Armstrong ;)
What a Man 😮
Perfect display by UAE team. Like of all seriousness, if they hadn't protect TP, no long attack like this could have happened.
Is there any chance that Pog goes for Vuelta too given the form he’s in?
I'm as fast as T. Pogacar in climbing. Him on mountains, me to my bed😂😂😂
Nils Politt my god, that pull was as good as you’ll see.
No gift stage for visma lease a bike! No Mercy!, No prisoners!😂🤣😭💪💪💪
haha Pogacar is just to good. The best of all time clearly
DS: So, Nils... how hard can you pull today?
Politt: Yes!
Incredible!
and all these cycling miracles in the mountains, of course, on rice and chicken 😁😄😃😜
Una delle più grandi vittorie dai tempi di Hinault!
Pogi team👏👑🚵🚀💪🌞❤️🔥🍀🌎🙏🏆🥇🤗😘😘🇸🇮 izdrži še dva dni držimo pesti zate gremo do zmageeee!❤️

Does Yona make good finger guards? I need some new ones. 😂
TT will be interesting can Jonas hold off Remco? Is Remco still the favourite with that course? 🤔
M.J is such an unsung hero this tour, just amazing preformances by the American 🇺🇲
Pogacar 2024 version and Pantani 1998 version has a lot in common. A rider who one year can do it all.
I wonder if Pogi has Visma's vicious double and quadruple attacks from the last Tours in the back of his head when he completely obliterated Jonas and Jorgenson up to Isola 2000🫠🥸
I am awestruck
WOOF! Tadej is a beast
I think the chance of Vingegaard leaving cycling this year is far from nonexistent.
Tadej comes across as the nicest bloke.
Very rare for an absolute savage
That's the only thing saving him from even more accusations at this point.
I see Jonas found a new wheel to follow today then
Dance like Lance
It's wild how there were so many accusations when Froome was doing relatively unremarkable times (aside that insane stage at the Giro).
Yet so few about Pogacar and Vingegaard doing otherworldly times every day.
@@luckyspurs Froome didn't have any good results at all even in mid-tier races until he was in his mid 20s and joined Sky, then all of a sudden he started winning major stage races. And he was caught with abnormally high Salbutamol levels. Can't speak much for Jonas, but Tadej has been winning major stage races, including the TdF when he was 20/21 years old.
the way pogacar overtakes his rivals.......it's not a case of overtake & minimise energy, it's a case of overtake & carry on as you were, doesn't seem to even slow, just keeps up tempo all the way to the top......impressive.......watch out cav as pog's stage wins are stacking up
I’d like to have a bit of whatever Podacar is on!!!!!
Tinder's perfect match -->Nils Pollit and UAE
Time for pogi to learn Spanish because it’s time to go for all 3 grand tours
"Never give them a reason to question you." - Lance Armstrong
No one is questioning Vinga:D
unlike lance who I watched after watching lemond who was wonderful....when you have nothing to hide you can win evrything because all the answers to the questions are cool : ) when youre a jealous narcissist like lance who ruined peoples lives for financiual profit trust me doing and tour de france is way down on list why lance is hated and repeating anything he says is really a shame because hes the same person to this day as he was at 16 as triathlete.
Grande entre grandes
Politt is my new hero
Great that the yellow jersey finally put the doping question to rest
💉💉💉
Then what are you doing here? Also EPO doesn't give you bloodshot eyes...
@@marcvb3364 we are here to tell the truth 💉💉💉

Visma attacked and got ROASTED. 😂

Yeah, but it's like seeing Red Bull replace Mercedes.
It's the same problem for the sport.
the Vingegaard from the Tour de France
2023 against Pogacar from the Tour de
France 2024
Who would win?
We've seen that same look from someone else before. It's the Lance Armstrong "I've got better doping chemicals than you and you can't do anything about it" look
