    Changing the hook size is a great idea. I am going to give it a try. Other videos use the same hook throughout the pattern

    Make sure to use both loops for first st - as stated!
    This is a very nice hat to make and to wear. Thank you for a wonderful tutorial video!

    This is the best crochet video of a beanie so far that I found I can do from RUclips. I like light weight yarn, simple and warm looking beanie hat. I’m going to do this for myself. Thank you a lot. I will follow you.

    I love this, I just bought the same weight of yarn. I'm hesitant at first if I can make a beanie out of it. Now I know, it is! Im excited!

    I've been looking for a crochet knit look beanie for men. Can I make it with just one hood size, the 6.mm? Thank you.

    The most strategic yet simple pattern I've watched. No skipping of stitches, no magic circle, just the sizes of the hooks that matter. Thank you for sharing this. By the way, is it also applicable with the thick yarns?

      You can use any yarn weight you want. Just adjust the number of stitches. First chain is the height and by adding rows you add circumference.

      Sure you can. But it will take forever. Check out this pattern if your interested. It's not my pattern www.etsy.com/listing/741611478/pdf-file-for-crochet-pattern-for-joiku

    How do you know how many stitches to crochet for infant toddler to adult sizes

    • @AniTugushi
      @AniTugushi  Год назад

      There are measurements in the description of the video. You can measure your first chain and circumference and adjust the size

    • @ruthplayford6972
      @ruthplayford6972 Год назад

      So you chain the amount you need byplacing around the head?

      @@ruthplayford6972 No, first chain is the height of the hat. when you add rows you add circumference

    can i use 1.10mm crochet hook?

    • @AniTugushi
      @AniTugushi  3 года назад

      Yes, you can use any hook size, but you should change number of chains and rows to make it right size. First chain is the height of the hat, by adding rows you add circumference.

    After chaining, use the 'bar' behind the > shape - do NOT use the back loop of the > THAT will make a difference.
