I really think that Sagat has undergone more actual character development than anyone else in the series. That’s why he will always be one my favorites

His character has grown over the years & evolved into a necessity for this franchise IMO. His rivalry w/ Ryu & his defiance of Bison makes him much more interesting than any of the new blood recently added to the franchise. I think it would be interesting if he was the one to kill Bison eventually.
