The sf6 version adds context to the move for me. I always thought the 2d animation was just him moving in a shadowy way with the afterimages, but it's actually 1000 shadow clones all moving at the same time.
It’s not clones. The whole point of the move according to many is that Akuma is moving so fast that he creates a bunch of afterimages of himself doing these attacks. Those “clones” you’re seeing are those afterimages
Street 5 shows the "Swiftness" in the Raging Demon Street 6 shows the "Fear" in the Raging Demon So I really can't see if there is a "better" version. They are just different.
My favorites in no particular order: Super Turbo, pocket fighter (chibi Akuma FTW), CVS 2, 2nd impact, 3rd strike, SF IV, UMVC 3, Street Fighter X Tekken, Street Fighter V, Tekken 7, and Street Fighter 6
Pretty sure originally, the SGS was just an aesthetic to show the player just how powerful Akuma is from the blinding speed of him spanking Bison to the ground. Im saying this because Akuma didnt grab Bison in the intro and just went straight to pummelling him, complete with seizure flash. If its not for SF alpha 1, we wouldnt have this iconic move.
The entire reason Akuma was in Tekken as a guest was because Tekken was supposed to make Tekken X Street Fighter but they couldn't be bothered so they just added him. It was part of the deal they had with Capcom and the reason why Street Fighter X Tekken was made in the first place.
I have, for the past few days, been looking for the d*mn theme that plays at 5:45 I know it's Ken's theme, I just don't know which arrangement/version it is.
Best attack vfx: SF IV Best attack sfx: Alpha series Best finishing vfx: 3rd Strike Best finishing sfx: SF IV Overall best: 3rd Strike I actually don't like the SF V and SF6 versions much. The Shun Goku Satsu should be as much of a mystery to us as it is to those who don't use the Satsui no Hado. As for which of the two is better easily V. 6 is just a completely different move at that point.

Both
5 especially instant demon when opponents stood close and the screen black out.
you missed the one from Asura's wrath
I'm still disappointed that Ultra Street Fighter 2 is a Nintendo switch exclusive
4 best
10:52 kazuya is evil but saying this made him even more evil
He said (nigga)?
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who heard it.
Plus akuma saying "shush" after it
The sf6 version adds context to the move for me. I always thought the 2d animation was just him moving in a shadowy way with the afterimages, but it's actually 1000 shadow clones all moving at the same time.
No sé porque le tiran basura si es brutal , impresionante y hasta aterrador el movimiento de SF6

@@mrsoisauce9017 oh, that makes it even better
The Number should have been 1'000 hits to reference Akuma's Quote.
I always thought he held the opponent while demons came and attacked the opponent
Bro that still has to be one of the coolest poses in gaming.
I love that he was so god-damn angry and crazy in CVS 2 that his back kanji changed from "truth" to "god".
Dammit Gen as the Alpha 3 dummy really works considering what happened to him in SFV
Third Strike's will always be my favourite
Cause of the flames?
I love the Kanji background, Akuma posing with his Kanji and the flames are just the icing on the cake
Agreed!
Bro, in SF6, Akuma uses his domain expansion called "infinite ass whooping" 😂
Akuma: Domain expansion......INFINITE ASS WOOPINGS!
🤡
Domain Expansion: Malevolent Beatdown
Street 5 shows the "Swiftness" in the Raging Demon
Street 6 shows the "Fear" in the Raging Demon
So I really can't see if there is a "better" version. They are just different.
My favorites in no particular order:
Super Turbo, pocket fighter (chibi Akuma FTW), CVS 2, 2nd impact, 3rd strike, SF IV, UMVC 3, Street Fighter X Tekken, Street Fighter V, Tekken 7, and Street Fighter 6
Like, the k.o screen of the Raging Demon in Street Cross Tekken is black and red, right? It's such a silly thing, but it makes it so cool.
"S H O O S H"
Akuma's Ultra in Street Fighter 4 is the best, simply awesome.
Thanks to the blessing references

30 years? I still can't believe it
Tekken 7 akuma is just so iconic for me
Missed the Asura's Wrath one but it will do.
No matter the game, he still has that classic sound effect in the kill 🔥
dopest special ever! 👊🔥
8:41 & 11:53 ISSHUN SENGEKI
SfV raging demon is the best-looking one imo. Has a very lethal look to it.
Fun fact, Sakura has a Raging Demon looking move in Rival Schools as part of a Team Attack.
You think that Akuma was the guest character in Tekken. They would find a way to have Kezia be a guest character in Street Fighter six
The entire reason Akuma was in Tekken as a guest was because Tekken was supposed to make Tekken X Street Fighter but they couldn't be bothered so they just added him. It was part of the deal they had with Capcom and the reason why Street Fighter X Tekken was made in the first place.
Not sure but, wasn't there a second Version of the Street fighter cross Tekken one? Does it change when in pandora mode?
I have, for the past few days, been looking for the d*mn theme that plays at 5:45
I know it's Ken's theme, I just don't know which arrangement/version it is.
Kakygawa yoka... Ishen tsyngeku.. Ore wa ... Messutse
8:38 覚悟はよいか!一瞬千撃!これぞ…滅殺…
(Kakugo wa yoi ka! Isshun Sengeki! Kore zo... Messatsu...)
8:27
Akuma: sus
"rage one thousand rage quits"
1:57 idk but "Blackheart" looks like he should have been in the resident evil series
Sf6 version a goddamn mk fatality
We're missing asura's wrath
He's in marvel super heroes
(Not to be mistaken for any vs game)
Is this in release date order? I mean, obviously if its the evolution of something right?
@@paulhubbard1747 Yes, it's in release order
How do you get rival songs to appear in versus mode in Ultra Street Fighter 4
I think there is an option for that in the sound settings
@@SuperPowerBlastHow is it unlocked? Because I noticed and no option like that appears
Is it me or is it that kazuya said "negga" at 10:53?
yeah he did
Even akuma said shush

God damn Oni😤 I really wish akuma stayed more in that form a little bit longer. IT JUST LOOKED HELLA BAD ASS 😈 ONI = FULL POWER AKUMA
I definitely agree oni is a concept that should have been fleshed out more
There's a lot of great one's but the Raging Demon will always be the greatest fighting game super ever.
Shungoku satsu messastu!
SHin Oni aka The Black Finish
I can see what they were going for in sf6 but I feel like it could have been executed better so sf5 for me wins it
M Bison is just dead on the floor
can someone please explain akumas backstory
There's a bit of nuance, if you wanna look it on on Wikipedia. The short version of it is "I'm gonna fight you, and if you lose, you die".
Wouldn't have added akuma in any games
"Your body assumed it's proper form when my fists tore it apart!"
This man studied with Kendrick Lamar
Tekken 7 will dominate the shun goku satsu for generations to come
ryumatheus
guess you didn't have him from original x-men children of the atom when he was a secret character?
Strangely enough, Akuma in Children of the Atom does not have Raging Demon.
@@SuperPowerBlastLol OP thought he was being smart 😅
I think that's the only game where the Raging Demon doesn't appear
SF V Raging Demon > SF VI Raging Demon
Im dissapointed of the last one theu didn't make it look like jojo
10:53 WHAT DID HE SAY?????
10:53 Kazuya saying the N-word on 4k
Was never a fan of his sf5 look but sf6 is my favourite

I’m not sure if the Raging Demon in SF6 is better than the one in SF5, but no doubt, the one in SF6 is awesome.
