Yes, even I do agree with your statement because safety is very necessary & essential for any females. Ideally none of the client/ owner has the right to force any female staff regarding this specific matter. Apparently as a matter of fact such kind of thing happens nowadays in service industry where female staff doesnt seem comfortable. Precisely all we have to change our surrounding and envirinment wherein we have to raise voice against such kind of condition appears with any of the female.

Unfortunately, this doesn’t happen in the real world. Most organizations would not put their business at stake to support a staff. In fact, the one who dares to speak up gets victimized further within the system. Their plan is to make the employee so miserable by setting them up for failure and consequently, pushing them to leave on their own. Sad reality of the real world corporate.

ऐसे अच्छे लोग हर जगह होते है लेकिन बहुत कम और वो चाहते भी है कही कुछ भी किसी के साथ गलत न हो लेकिन जब वो अकेले पड़ जाते है या तो वो झुक जाते है और गलत का सहयोग करने लगते है या फिर इस तरह के उदाहरण पेश करने वाले कदम उठाते है लेकिन ये राह बहुत कठिन होती है विरले ही चल पाते है इस राह पर।

This happened at four different companies or organizations with me..while I was too professional and would always do my work sincerely, my team lead,manager or their managers who are super seniors would ask me out for coffee,ice cream or dinner or even chilling at some disc...and even sometimes they would ask to sleep with them...and either I had to keep making excuses or keep changing project ( I am software engr).I tried contacting HR too however they too are thr for namesake. They would find fault in us and would make such circumstances that we leave job within a month or two..moreover nobody in your team supports and they just try to avoid being with you if they hear anything like that and they would do what the Boss says ..I have been truthful n honest and I am now jobless for last 8 yrs..everyone says I am not "smart" enough to save my job...I know myself that I have got lot of client appreciation and I showed such evidence of my work to HR too however instead of taking an action against those seniors they asked me to leave.Even my family members think I was dumb and couldn't stay at any job for long term. However believe me this is reality...I am beautiful however I used to oil my hair and clip them tightly n would always cover myself in salwar suits so that nobody notices my appearance n would notice my work only.Sometimes I tried spectacles too...still thr were ppl after me...I didn't even talk much or crack jokes and would go to office n come back home...no friends,no hanging out etc...still I suffered a lot...job has been important to me however I don't get any job due to lot of job change n gap too...

Even my mother experienced this herself. She was asked by a senior employee like this. She just took screenshot and told him if I show this to HR your reputation be ruined and you'll be sacked. He then silently stopped tormenting my mother like this. My dad despite working in different company helped mother on this matter. Women employees must be treated respectfully.
