Same has happened with me.I was working in Xpressbees logistics and was handling entire Punjab as solo person and I worked hard but company didn't recognize my efforts and dedication ,I got 400/- increment in two years .After sometime company hired new employee from another company.He did nothing except buttering to boss.I have done M.phil and ,MBA in business management and new employee who was hired have only BA degree. My knowledge, communication, leadership qualities are Superior then new him.

This is so true and relatable!
Every organization takes its employees for granted after a certain period of time. Rather than appreciating them for their loyalty as they serve for a long time without switching; they are compared to the new joinees and are also underpaid compared to them!
This becomes disheartening and demotivating!
At the end of the day, it's all about the money because that's what runs a household!!!
Well they take them for granted cause statistics show that although most employees crib about their salary a small percentage really quit. Cause MOST of them are the procrastinating type. Its more cause the procrastinators let the company take advantage of them.

Right now it's happening a lot... It's painful to see new joiners with half your experience and competence paid double triple of your salary... They don't even care to share more responsibility as you are the 'senior'..

This is true even I had faced the same situation in my previous company. Not only that but there is a lot of favouritism...boss only appreciate n give appraisal to their favorites employees even if they are not deserving, & deserving employees gets only 3-5 % appraisal. This is Sad but truth of a very Big brand company.

Same Thing Happened In our Office Our Senior Colleague who was with our 2 Bosses Since from the Day 1 they Started The firm,
A small office in Suburbs of 180 sq.ft upto the Present Manufacturing Unit of 4500 Sq.ft + 400 Sq.ft Office in Suburbs.He gave 13 Years of his Life to the Firm.
When he resigned from The firm as his Father grew Old and told him to Join his own Company.Our Firm gave only 15 Days Salary.
What The Hell.
The Man who made you Built from Zero to A Reputed firm which was 180 Sqft Designing Office.
You gave him only 15 Days Salary ?????.
Instead You must Have Gave him Gift Articles of Precious Material like Gold, Silver etc.
After that Many of us Gave Resignation in the Upcoming 1 year period.
This News Spread Everywhere in The Market.
Now the company has not Stopped but its not progressing Also.

I had resigned last year and then,my boss requested me to stay back, I did that and since then,he has been harassing me like anything,humiliating me unnecessarily,he is a complete male chauvinist,he doesn't like women to be at par,will resign now,have had enough of it.

Jab bhi employee salary hike mangta hai tab kamiya ginayi jati hai ye fir replacement dundh liya jata hai... And if HR talks about right and wrong then HR ko hi replace kar diya jata hai... This is not right for any company
