Christmas morning and I woke up with my bed stuck head and leg in full up position. Thought the motor was gone. So thankful I found your video! My Christmas miracle!! Its working just fine now. Thank you!
If this doesn’t work try these additional steps. FYI mine had to be reset like the following after a power outage. 1. Unplug power cord from wall outlet. 2. On remote simultaneously hold down flat and stop until a number appears. This is the frequency#. 3. Reconnect power cord to outlet. 4. Hold down ‘flat’ button Until ‘RST’ appears and continue to hold for 30-60 seconds as it reestablishes functions. Some beds may have a series of clicks mine did not I only felt a slight motor movement. 5. Try any function and it should work. Didn't work for me. I've tried several things already. I just can't get my remote working. I can't find the manual for a macy bed remote online. Just before it stopped working the bed would not stop going up after I stopped pressing up. I opened up the remote no debris inside. I used the manual buttons on the frame to get it flat. Charged the batteries. I've discharged the residual power in the remote capacitors. I unplugged AMF repugged in the bed. There are no pairing buttons these just were built paired. Can't find a way to order a replacement and came as is.
Neither reset function is working for me. I just moved and changed the batteries. When I plugged everything up the massage functions worked, but after unplugging and trying to reset, nothing is working???
Thank u I couldn't fix my bed even went under it couldn't figure why it wouldn't work now i got it haven't slept in my comfortable in months now I sleep like a baby

You may have to reset the base or pair your remote first. I did.
