Batteries went dead in the remote the bed quit working it returned to flat and the remote was disconnected from the control box how to re-sync the remote to the bed
I seriously owe this guy a beer!! I was getting ready to spend $150 on a new control box and $120 on a remote. Can across this video as a last ditch effort and it actually worked! Took a couple tries so don't get discouraged if you don't get it on the first go. Thanks so much!!!!
Literally 3 weeks of sleeping flat because the directions say push and hold the button under the bed and hit head up feet up .. WRONG!! YOU SIR got it right and I thank you !
Thank you! Bed's feet went up in the air sometime in the middle of the night. My poor dad couldn't figure out how to get out of bed! His bed is probably 30 years old, so wasn't expecting it to be such an easy fix as re-pairing the remote. Honestly this video is a God-send. Thanks again...

I even found the owners manual for my Craftmatic Legacy adjustable bed and follows its instructions….nothing. I called Craftmatic’s customer service several times…nothing. In a last ditch effort, I stumbled across your video. We followed your instructions and my bed quickly started to move!!!! Thank You so much for your help!!!

Thank you SO much. Spent hours yesterday trying to get it to work and all the information I found online was saying to hold the foot and head both UP, not one down and the other up. I was already resigned to purchasing a new control box, thinking mine was fried, but thankfully I couldn't actually find my model control box anywhere. Tried your tip and was delighted when I heard a resounding beep. Everything is working again.

We bought this bed for our mom and it just stop working out of now where, we couldn't find any paperwork on it so we tried everything and nothing worked so after months of nothing we bought her a new one but I took her old frame because it was still like new. For some reason I started looking up information on the bed today and came across your video and IT WORKED! Thank you so so much.

Been looking for instructions for 2 days when I lucked up on your video.. Thank you so much!!! FYI if trying to pair two twin xl (split king) mattresses reverse the settings for the second mattress. Hold the head down foot up simultaneously. All smiles over here!!

I called Nectar and they were of no help because they needed information I could not provide, since I could not locate the paperwork. Excellent video. Only one I could find that helped. Key point not on the directions. You have to push the reset button while you’re holding down the head and foot buttons. Remote beeped and synced. Spoke to support and told them to add that little point to the directions.

What I did was I unplugged it from the wall for 10 seconds then plug it back in and I held the head up button in the foot up button for two seconds and then reconnected it works!
Thank you for your video it was the help I needed. Also for anyone that is trying the instructions without any luck like I was the secret was taking a pencil /pen and pressing the button under the bed. I was doing it with my finger without any luck u til I took a pencil inserted after. Also if you are doing both beds sinc to one remote like I was once you have one side working you disconnect the one that works and do the same for the other bed once that one now works connect the other side and voila both sides are since to one remote. Hope it helps
