My remote will not stay paired. After going through your steps in the video, it will stay paired for about 5 minutes.

I’m not sure why that’s happening but if you call the number on the back of the remote (pictured at the end of the video) the kind people at customer service will be glad to help you figure out why it’s constantly losing communication with your bed frame.

I'm having the same problem...the remote "disconnects" after a few minutes.
