The problem was the fritzer valve. It was on the fritz.
I know the cause: Ice. The pilots weren’t properly trained on what to do when ice forms.

I had to leave the house before this episode ended. I know that ice and stall caused the crash, but can anybody tell me if there was any mechanical failure or pilot error involved? Basically what caused the plane to be travelling too slow in icy temperatures?
