    Thanks Bob. I was going to ask you if it’s ok to perform the Romanian deadlift with a hex bar. Based on the exercises I’ve seen you demonstrate, I’d say the answer would be yes.

      its really depends, for each person different things can cause pain. what activity bother your back, avoid doing them initially and gradually build up.
