Just got a PM2000 I ordered from an auction site. Unfortunately, it was dead out of the box. To be fair it was an open box, but it was new and the wheels hadn't even been installed. Bummed.
So I just got one recently, and I plugged it into an outlet without the water hose yet and it isn't blowing air. Idk if it's broken or I need to have water running before it works? Wanted to test if it works before connecting the water. Please help
Hi Joseph! Before turning the PM2000 on, let water run through the system and bleed off air to prevent damage.

Mine is leaking pretty badly from the bottom of the pressure washer. When in use and not in use. Is this a known issue? If so, what is the quick fix to this.. because it's working fine otherwise.

I want to buy the big mouth foam cannon. I have the old one that hooks to a hose what all do i need for your big mouth foam cannon does it hook to a hose. Or do i need adpater for my power washer

i’ve used mine a couple times and noticed that there’s a lot of water that pours out of the bottom of the pump through the vents while it’s in use - is this normal?

I got mine today and used it and it started leaking on the bottom 😢still worked but I’m sure it’s not supposed to be leaking ..not from the connectors ..it’s leaking from the inside of the machine and leaking from the bottom

I received mine 8 20 22 I set it up as the Instructions. It ran for 20 seconds and shut off and never came back on. I checked the gfi and even plugged it into a different outlet and it still never came back on. I set 2 emails and didn't get a response as of 8 22 22. I got a dud ! I hop CG makes this right. I'm very disappointed with chemical guys

No difference on the different tips? You may not want to use the zero degree tip on your paint work. Just saying.

Stop busting on Roger. And his day Roger was all we had. Washing cars in the 1960s to the 1980s with my father. We didn’t even have Roger. All we had is a couple of buckets from the local hardware store so turtle wax car wash. And oh yeah, let’s not forget the worlds number one wax if you want a physical work out, waxing your car, that’s right Simoniz. Put it on and pray you can wipe it back off.

There is a right and wrong with what tips you use. You definitely don't wanna use the 0 degree red tip to wash the car or water the garden. It's way to strong of a stream
