*Wow. Someone who got it right.* Linear passes. No pressure washing. Though to dry I use a nozzle that can mist water. The smaller the droplets the faster the scratch-less drying. (But it's cool. You're trying to sell that Afterwash spray.)
The foam blaster 6 is legit. Certainly not the crazy-thick foam like with a canon, but it really does work!

Mine leaks at connection. Been to Escomdido store twice about it. Went to foam cannon.
the black plastic nut where the main body of the blaster connects to the gun that connects to the garden hose loosened the first time I used it. Had to retighten before every use.

Very informative video, thank you. Here in the UK, we use an old-fashioned mangle to dry off the wash mitt after rinsing. Just push your hand into it and use the handle to squeeze out every last drop. You can ignore any red stains, that just means it's working. Enjoy.

I bought one last weekend and used it on 2 vehicles the next day. Poor eyesight meant that looking at the box in the store I assumed the picture of what's included showed a small packet of soap ( it was the instructions ). There was no Foam Gun soap at the store and I hadn't watched this video yet ( they had the Citrus but I didn't know it would work at the time ). Small town with very limited auto cleaning supply so I went up the line the next day and bought a competitor's foam soap. It worked well and did a good job. The results were noticeably better than just a rinse, 2 bucket wash and a dry although the cars always looked good before. I guess the foam enhances the existing polish, wax and hybrid ceramic sealant? One problem was that the bottle on the foam blaster should be about 25-40% bigger as it was empty before the mid sized SUV was completely covered so I had to mix another batch and I wasn't moving slowly. The instructions aren't clear on what the different numbers on the dial do. Is 0 setting reducing the amount of water or the amount of soap over the number 5? A guy on another video suggested that 0 allowed more foam versus water?
My Foam blaster 6 is awesome. Canadian Tire had your stuff on sale a couple weeks ago, and I picked up a bunch of stuff! Very happy with it!

I am a car enthusiast who is always at a car show as I am the Co-Founder of a car club here in Atlanta GA and I only use Chemical Guys products for all my car detailing needs. With that said I will say that I was disappointed with this product as it did not produce the suds action that I was hoping for. However, I did purchase the Chemical Guys Big Mouth foam canon and I will say that is the best foam canon I have ever used as I am extremely happy and satisfied with the foam results I get from the Big Mouth Foam Canon.
Good video, but one question. I ordered a foam blaster 6 some time ago and the hose nozzle . Never has worked correctly. Most recently I ordered the Torq snow foam blaster R1. Used it today Saturday September 9th. It works correctly. Also ordered the chemical guys pressure washer. Is there any way to get another blaster 6 hose nozzle. I have been using chemical guys for about 2 years now.

Hows the foam wirh foam blaster 6 using CG hydro Suds? Is 6 for as in foam settings?
After you foam the car, do you rinse it off before washing with the mit? It appears it was not rinsed before, but I have seen others rinse before washing with the mit. Which is best?

Got a ‘17 corolla with lots of swirls and when you look at the paint in the sun it looks like UV waves going across the paint.
Any ideal soap recommendations to prevent that? Definitely looking at getting that foam blaster.

Hey Gregory! Choose a pressure washer that fits your preference and budget. We recommend using a unit that is capable of between 1600 - 3500 PSI for automotive detailing.
PSI over 2,000 can damage your paint idk what they are talking about cheers

What would you suggest for a van with a satin black matte vinyl wrap. Soap and also which foam blaster would you suggest ?

So, if I want to use clean slate to remove old wax, and my car is not as dirty as the one shown in this video, should I still first wash with a normal soap then clean slate, or can I go straight with clean slate then continue with claying, hydro slick, butter wet wax, etc...

Loved my Foam Blaster. The first 4 or 5 times I used it along with a 2 bucket method and a proper drying towel the results were just as good as a wash, claybar, polish and wax. One time the foam gum disconnected from the hose gun. Be careful that the connection is tight before pressing trigger. On my 6th time using it the empty foam gun fell from 2 feet high onto a flower bed next to the driveway. I was shocked that the black plastic nozzle snapped just an inch from where it snaps into the lid of the foam gun. Why can’t a person just buy one part of the foam gun. Now it’s either $67 Cdn dollars down the toilet or another $67 for another Foam gun and just pray that the nozzle doesn’t break off so easily.
Will the Honey Dew Snow Foam remove wax and sealants? I have a bottle for my motorcycle but haven't used it yet, if it does I have the Redline Hyper seal.

Loooove the soap and gun but, is the After Wash really necessary if you towel dry the car quick enough?
I love using After Wash to make add extra lubrication as well as helping preventing water spots!

Hey Chemical Guys! If I’m claying my vehicle and I run out of clay lubber (aka Amazon is late on my delivery) can I use detail spray in a pinch just to safely finish the vehicle?
i would only use clay luber....detail spray isnt meant for lubricating surfaces and may cause issues

So the Citrus Wash and Gloss isn't meant for cars with a ceramic coating? My car has the nano coating done by the dealership. Could I still use Citrus wash, but just an ounce?

Hey! Both are great options, use Citrus Wash and Gloss to lift stubborn filth. Use Maxi Suds for routine washing. I recommend using HydroSuds to enhance existing coatings and protectants.

I would appreciate if the video or even the instructions in the box mentioned what setting between 0 and 5 to us and what happens when you choose 0 over 5. Hard to see much difference on either end of the dial.
I thought the point of foam is to stay on the car for a few minutes to soften all the grime but thI s looked like it fell off as it was being applied.
Is that the fault of the applicator or would a better snow foam be thick enough to cling to the car?

Are you washing the car in direct sunlight or a hot climate? Or are the engine and bonnet hot when you wash? It shouldn't dry that quickly if you're washing a cold car in the shade. If it continues, do one section at a time.
Use distilled water. It will dry but it won't leave waterspots
