    I have facial and eyelid eczema. My dermatologist told me to cut out all products except gentle cleanser and a moisturizer. I can’t use any serums or retinols!

    Look into mushrooms. Eating mushrooms will improve or at very least stabilise you. My brother has revised his Parkinsons and I fixed my spine problems. The doctors panicked when I told them I was going to fix my spine problems with keto and mushrooms. They told me I would end up disabled. Because my nerves were under constant pressure. I could only walk 50 feet. I walked 7 miles yesterday on the hills.

      What kind of mushrooms do you consume? And in what kind of form? Like capsule, raw/cooked, in coffee replacement form. Thank you for sharing your experience.

      I eat oyster, Shiitake and brown cap also known as Chestnut. It does not matter how you cook them. I have them in many different ways. You need to eat between 100 to 200 grams a day. The chemicals in them are very robust. The chemicals in them back up Glutathione. When you older you don't make enough Glutathione. It like being in a foxhole and the attack starts. If you run out of ammo while thay are attacking then you are over run. But you find an extra store of ammo you can on fighting. That what mushroom provide. Extra ammo when Glutathione has ran out. I found about this from the mushrooms show on RUclips.

      I can send you a link to the mushrooms show if you wish it. I am 70 yeas old, I looked 80 a year ago
      and could not walk 50 feet. Now I do 2 mile runs, sprinting etc. Every body thinks I am only 60 now.
