I love it to see the differences in shelter building between you and your brother (Lukas is your brother, I guess?)!
You - the shelter engineer, getting starved while constructing.
He - putting some twigs together and eating zwo pounds of meat meanwhile...
You - never use an axe!
He - never use a saw!
You both are the best brothers in the world!
Thank you for this nice video!

Greetings, Im an elder of 70, I live on a small reservation in South Dakota along the Big Sioux River. Now this is real bushcraft! Im tired of seeing these videos where they have straight pine all the way, then they put up tongue and groove walls, ceiling and floor. Then they break out the new stove and shiny stove pipe, plug in their cell phone, it all rubs me wrong, thats not bushcraft! So its such a relief to see a youngman practicing bushcraft in its pure form which isnt the fun way, is prolly why it was transformed into the more entertaining form. Keep up your good work and Il be watching for sure. Ohan Mitakuyaoyasin ( we are all related)

You started by not removing the boughs from the spruce tree like many who do so. As a result you cut your primative structure building time - good.
You could have had a warmer interior had you added an interior tarp with a corded loop at its' center/peak for supporting the peak to the structure.
