Great review bud.. I saw a couple of other vids that showed the rear shock being adjustable. Hmm.. also the screen seems like a big fail, I’m afraid of it living here in the sunshine state. Lol. Other that most reviews say it’s solid.
I asked the manufacturer directly if the rear spring could be adjusted. They told me it couldn't. I also looked it very closely and didn't find any part that I could adjust. If there is a video of someone actually adjusting it (instead of just saying it can be adjusted) I would like to see it.
@@scotthardesty you are probably right. Since I’ve been researching tons of bikes, maybe I’m confusing them. lol. Question though, that screen.. welded to the bike ? I hope with all the feedback about the bad screen they make another and switch them out.
If I do, I won't be doing it with this bike, but it should be all the same. Disconnect the motor cable, remove the nuts on the rear hub that hold it to the frame, put your derailleur in the locking position (or not) and work your back rim out from inside the chain. I put flatout in all my bikes and I have never had a flat. You might want to look into that stuff. FlatOut Tire Sealant Sportsman Formula: amzn.to/3HhtBRS
hi scott good job im trying to set up the strava app and see if i can make it work ya i love my 2018 rad mini over 12000 miles on it i live in milwaukee wi and by the way im a vet too army 63c you do good reviews thanks.
@@NelsonAerialProswhen I first asked them how to switch between the two, they said it couldn’t. Only after they saw the review did they give me that info.
The first thing in choosing is what catch's your eye. To me, the Happyrun looks miles and miles better. In fact, I wouldn't even consider the other one at all. I would guarantee the happyrun is more comfortable for linger rides. JMO, as you asked.

Mine didn't do that. I would say this has the worst display on any bike I have reviewed, so I am glad that it is working for you. Hopefully, they updated that display.
So if a ebike says 50 miles range it's actually half of the distance. Unless you weigh a hundred lbs and only ride on flat no hills or sand. Nice review. I never ever trust the mileage on ebike advertising.
Great video. Any idea what I’d expect to pay for assembly at a typical bike shop?
Most around here cost $99 for a complete assembly.
Awesome review!!
Thanks!

@@scotthardesty btw the code PRIME200 does not work.
It’s also on their website now how to adjust settings. It’s a combination of using the s button and pressing brake lever
It's about time they added that as it is much needed. They really need to update that display.
If you can fashion a visor around the screen edges to block out light, it will help.
I guess you are right, but we shouldn't have to do that.
About to buy this in about a month, definitely want the “Tank G60 Pro!” Way better features then the one my buddy bought (G60-750W)
He will be jealous
How do you like your bike so far?
@@demontejn I absolutely love this thing! 100% worth it, I actually went for a ride today🙌

@parknasty9400 how long have you had it? I really want it, but the customer reviews scare me
If you ever need to change the rear tube or tire please do a tutorial bc I can’t figure out how to put my rear tire back on.. I do own the g60 pro

@@scotthardestyfollowed your tip and added it to mines that arrived on Friday
I'm in nyc if the bike breaks down where can I repair?
You will have to call around to local bike shops to see which ones work on ebikes.
After a few charges you should get a better range on the battery. At least that it was I have experienced on my e-scooters.
Thanks for the input!
in Michigan, with a throttle, its a class 2 , not a class 3
Thats if it is locked out at 20mph. In all states a Class 3 is an ebike that go faster than 20mph and upto 28mph that has a throttle.

Just saw your message at the end that you found the 3 button press! Hope they release a better screen and send it out. That’s my biggest complaint

So does it go 36 mph?
Not with my heavy ass on it. I know I show the top speed in the video.
Anyone know a way to turn off needing a key card?
Quick press green button 5 times
I love it when others owners are able to answer questions as well.

Thats how I look at it. 1/2 is a safe bet.

I don't see it, but he does look like a wise man.
Thinking a custom hood for the display may provide better ability to see it
That might work.
My g60 pro squeaks like a motel bed. I wd40’ed everything and she still squeaks like a dog toy. So annoying. Anyone else ?
oh no. I would probably switch out that rear shock for something different.
Shame on screen. Hopefully they tell you there’s a brightness adjustment? Lol
There is no brightness adjustment.
Do you need a license plate?
Nope!
I thought the bike weighs 90+ lbs?
If so, they gave me the wrong weight for this review.
