Today I am building a Short Wheel Base axial SCX10iii Jeep JL 2 door. I will explain how you as well can take an entry level Axial BaseCamp builders kit and shorten the wheelbase to around 10.5 inch using only Axial parts. By doing this it will allow you to shorten the JLU 4 door body to a two door. This video is the first in a 3-part video series in which I will build this truck ready for AxialFest Badlands 2024. Wanting the SCX10iii CJ7 but I really like this build too...... hmmmmm I feel like a "little by little" would be easier on the ole budget. Great Channel BTW!
Awesome build man! Where did you get the KC light bar from. I want to put one on my JLU also.
Is there any way to get the rear window inserts? I've done everything you've done so far, chassis shortened/body. I bought the hemi storm knights custom file but they don't come with it like it shows in the picture.
