My younger brother committed suicide last weekend by overdosing on something. He was found with headphones on, presumably listening to something. This is his youtube account. He made a playlist containing 6 songs that was edited the day he passed. This is one of the 6 songs. With the method he used, he was dead after about 30 minutes, probably unconscious around 12 minutes. I like to think that it was peaceful for him with his music on. I love you Myles, I'll miss you everyday for the rest of my life.

I heard this song for the first time yesterday. I love this song. I love Hinder’s voice. He has this “raspiness” to his voice that sounds so poise and beautiful. I love his song Lips of an angel. He is an absolutely outstanding singer and artist.

This song actually came on an mp3 player I treasured in my teens. The song really grew on me as I listened to it and now years later I remembered this song and found it. Nostalgia is a word that can't even begin to describe the emotions and feelings this song evokes in me. And even though it reminds me of some of the darkest times in my life when I was on the verge of suicide (yes I had a really rough childhood) I don't feel any pain from those dark times instead I feel released and happy. (I am in an infinitely better place in life now friends, self confidence, independence, and very healthy lifestyle)
I've known this song for years and Im still listening to it up until now bcz everytime this song shows up, my body suddenly remember the struggle and pain I've been through after we broke with my ex way back 2017. This song is still one of the most beautiful song to listen to even though it gives me the worst memories, bcz it reminds me that I've become strong to take a step forward, and live independent of her presence. 🙂

A thief broke in early in wee hours. Later that day Bishal (Gaisy) showed me the 3gp music video of this song to me. Though I already had its mp3 from a year prior to that but it left an imprint of this day on my mind.
